Savannah luxury

The condo is beautiful and fully furnished with amenities. The location was excellent for New Years. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants, and see the fireworks display on New Years Eve. The walk to the historic district is a bit longer but started off my fitness journey for 2025!

I need more than 1500 characters to tell the truth…

The layout/furniture are correct but this has definitely been lived in or not taken care of between renters. The sound bar & woofer are just for show because they didn’t work so couldn’t enjoy holiday music w/family. There were wires everywhere in a mess under TV; Not clean looking like photos. Kitchen had ants (not sugar ants) so we bought some raid for that. Then house had silver fish everywhere and small flying bugs and even dead ones caught up in the corner cob webs from the spiders of the walls…We even had to buy raid for flying insects. Some of our bed sheets had make up stains on them; luckily some of us brought our own sheets! Towels were dingy and stains on some; we went to target & bought towels. ALL of the walls were nasty, black marks all over and maybe make up stains in some spots too. Whoever stayed there before us killed some bugs maybe with tape and left them up on the balcony doors dead under the tape. The ac was not working; at first just wanted to see if owners were controlling the settings remotely and they said no so we said we would call back after we tried it again. Still didn’t cool off called back w/in a couple of hrs & they said they put in a work order and maintenance would be out…never showed up! Had to call next day and they said work order never put in so had to wait; tech showed up & he was the only professional w/ this company. Cleaning fee charged and still house was dirty. Parking not practical walk thru grass or walk around the building..

Beautiful Home

Conveniently located upscale home with high, beautiful end appointments and very well stocked. Only 2 notes of caution is located close to railway and you can hear the freight horns throughout day and night. It bothered the lighter sleepers but some slept straight thru. And oddly enough the very large sized deck did not have seat cushions so impractical and uncomfortable for any type of gathering outside. And certainly seemed juxtaposed to what was a glorious inside.

Great Location

Wonderful location, short walk to River Street and easy access to drive to SC or Tybee Island. Also very close to the free DOT trolley that will take you all over town. Was very comfortable for three couples. Would be great if the cushions for the outside furniture had been available to use. Tons of appliances in the kitchen offered lots of options for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Overall great rental.

Amazing property

This townhouse is more than we expected- everything from the appliances, the furniture and decor would top of the line. Anything you need for cooking (utensils, pots, pans, etc.) Parking being included was ideal. Take a walk to Bar Julien for a spectacular view and great drinks. 2 negatives: a bit far from Plant Riverside/ Downtown Area (about a mile), and there is construction all around the property. But overall amazing property and I wouldn't let that deter your stay at all.

Live Laugh Love!!! Family

Unfortunately my family and I came to Savannah for a funeral, but the layout of Hitch Village was everything. We enjoyed every little thing about this rental. Two minor things were the door code did not work upon arrival, so we had to call in and it was taken care of right away and they need more pots. no large pots for cooking only a medium and small but good thing we brought our own and left one of our big pots so I guess now they have one. LOL But overall everything was GREAT!!! and we would definitely stay here again. Great location, riverwalk 20 minute walk. *****

Beautiful Property, Major Construction Zone

The interior of the home is brand new and beautifully decorated with an awesome layout. Unfortunately, the construction of the lots right next door is a major downside. I wish they would have given us a heads up that this was in a MAJOR construction area. Those of us who were working during our stay had to leave the property to take our work calls because of the noise. Once the construction is complete this will be an awesome place to stay, but unfortunately, we are not leaving with a positive experience after paying a premium to be in the midst of such a major construction zone.

Family Get Away

Beautiful property with great ease of access and parking. On average a 20 minute walk to our choice of dining options, although there are closer spots available. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully designed. A couple of very minor details. The driveway where you park is not accessible from this house. It is locked. This means you need to walk around the side through the dirt if you park in the drive. Fortunately there was on street parking available, which worked better for us. The steps are pretty steep. I would not suggest this location if you don't enjoy stairs. The back deck doesn't have an easy view of the water to watch the ships. It worked well for us and was a wonderful stay.
