Very beautiful and spacious home! We had one problem and they were right there to fix it! Loved that we were able to park free right in front of our place.

This home was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully decorated, and the Lucky Savannah team was great to communicate with. The home was stocked with anything you may need in the kitchen (appliances, dishes, utensils), and they provided plenty of towels and extra blankets. The location is just enough outside of the bustle of town, but you have close access to the river walk and can walk to everything within 15 minutes. Every bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom, and you even have a view of the river from some of the windows. Highly recommend, as long as you can manage some stairs throughout the home!

The location along the Eastern Wharf Riverwalk is unbeatable—peaceful, scenic, and still just a short distance from all the charm and activity of downtown Savannah. One of our favorite parts was being able to walk along the river in the morning and evening—it’s such a beautiful, relaxing setting. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and upscale.Lucky Savannah was also fantastic to work with—communication was clear, timely, and helpful throughout the entire process.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend East River Manor to anyone visiting Savannah. It truly made our trip special!

Savannah luxury

The condo is beautiful and fully furnished with amenities. The location was excellent for New Years. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants, and see the fireworks display on New Years Eve. The walk to the historic district is a bit longer but started off my fitness journey for 2025!

We did have an issue with the air conditioning system, but management had a technician to our rescue in no time. This was above what we expected because it was 10:00PM on a Saturday night. We will definitely use Lucky Savannah again for a fun weekend getaway!

Great Location

Wonderful location, short walk to River Street and easy access to drive to SC or Tybee Island. Also very close to the free DOT trolley that will take you all over town. Was very comfortable for three couples. Would be great if the cushions for the outside furniture had been available to use. Tons of appliances in the kitchen offered lots of options for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Overall great rental.

The inside of the home is super spacious, designed very well and has everything you need. The living room is so comfortable. Lastly, having three bedrooms ALL comfortable beds AND with their own bathrooms - that was truly amazing!

The agency provided us with easy instructions, great customer service and provided several suggestions for first time travelers. Our service and meal at the Pirate House was amazing. In addition the property was well maintained and very clean. One thing to consider is the main living area is on the second floor of the town home and you and your guests must be able to manage going up and down around fifteen or so stairs on a regular basis. It not a close walk to the down town area for anyone, especially seniors.

Beautiful and modern with anything you might need. XoFor table beds and couches, beautiful well-stocked kitchen. Meticulously clean. Note: since it is a townhouse there are steep and substantial stairs. We were unprepared for this (heavy luggage to carry up and down) but we managed.

Beautiful Home

Conveniently located upscale home with high, beautiful end appointments and very well stocked. Only 2 notes of caution is located close to railway and you can hear the freight horns throughout day and night. It bothered the lighter sleepers but some slept straight thru. And oddly enough the very large sized deck did not have seat cushions so impractical and uncomfortable for any type of gathering outside. And certainly seemed juxtaposed to what was a glorious inside.

I need more than 1500 characters to tell the truth…

The layout/furniture are correct but this has definitely been lived in or not taken care of between renters. The sound bar & woofer are just for show because they didn’t work so couldn’t enjoy holiday music w/family. There were wires everywhere in a mess under TV; Not clean looking like photos. Kitchen had ants (not sugar ants) so we bought some raid for that. Then house had silver fish everywhere and small flying bugs and even dead ones caught up in the corner cob webs from the spiders of the walls…We even had to buy raid for flying insects. Some of our bed sheets had make up stains on them; luckily some of us brought our own sheets! Towels were dingy and stains on some; we went to target & bought towels. ALL of the walls were nasty, black marks all over and maybe make up stains in some spots too. Whoever stayed there before us killed some bugs maybe with tape and left them up on the balcony doors dead under the tape. The ac was not working; at first just wanted to see if owners were controlling the settings remotely and they said no so we said we would call back after we tried it again. Still didn’t cool off called back w/in a couple of hrs & they said they put in a work order and maintenance would be out…never showed up! Had to call next day and they said work order never put in so had to wait; tech showed up & he was the only professional w/ this company. Cleaning fee charged and still house was dirty. Parking not practical walk thru grass or walk around the building..

Walk to Everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: East River Manor was perfect for three couples. Three bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, spaced far enough apart. Plenty of room in the nicely stocked kitchen.We walked to shops, sites, and restaurants. On average about 1 mile each way. There's a nice rooftop bar about a block away that overlooks the river and city.At the time of our stay there was a lot of new construction happening in this new "Eastern Warf" development (/). You'll hear loud train whistles/horns every day. Sometimes ship horns.Comfortable beds & furniture, but could use different/comfortable deck furniture. The entire property was very clean.We had a good experience booking directly through Lucky Savannah. Easy to communicate with. Their App is very helpful. We'd stay here again.
