On the ground floor with private entrance, this space is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway or travelling executive. The living area with comfortable seating area is open to the dining room and kitchen. Extra high ceilings and an open floor plan make the space seem quite spacious and inviting. Very cute place, walkable distance to a lot of stuff. Pictures and listing are accurate. The bed, however, was extremely firm. Wall part of the shower had a dign saying not to use it, if it needs to be fixed then that needs to be specified.

This place is super cute. Within walking distance of almost everything. The property manager was very responsive and willing to help.We had a small issue while there, Cindy was very understanding and did what she could to manage it.Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful quiet cottage on the corner in walking distance to everything.

My husband and I loved staying in this little cottage for 3 days. It was cheerful and roomy--especially with the addition of a private patio in the back. I discovered a record player when I first walked in and ended up playing a few old favorites from the record collection. The house is in walking distance to Forsyth Circle and other wonderful historic places in Savannah. We loved having a washer and dryer, and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. We have such a pleasant memory of our stay here, and we'll be sure to return. The owner, Cindy, was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions or needs. Stylish Sanctuary

Stayed in this VRBO while touring SCAD and Savannah. Great communication with the host, and close to many attractions. On street parking was available as promised, and home was quiet and comfortable at night. I'd stay on this pretty street again in this clean and updated property.
