This Tybee townhome is only 100 yards from the beach with amazing views of the beach & ocean from the third floor main living space & huge "L" shaped covered porches with wonderful breezes. First floor is a 4 car garage, courtyard with outdoor shower, foyer & elevator to all floors. Second floor is 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen & one bunk room with two sets of bunk beds), there is a 4th room on this floor that we have turned into a kids TV room, two full baths, the laundry room & a huge "L" shaped covered porch. Third floor is the main living space along with the master bedroom/bath, kitchen, dining room, family room with fireplace & large flat screen TV, powder bath & again a huge "L" shaped covered porch with great views of the water. The upstairs porch has a Weber gas grill & is loaded with furniture (Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, sectional sofa & dining table).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Stretch out in the jetted tub. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

This property was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, especially for a trip with kids. The layout of the house gave everyone their own space and no fights over the bathroom was a huge bonus. It felt very homey and had everything we could possibly need and then some. Great getaway!

Three families had a great time on this property! Great proximity to the beach and the porch views and breezes are amazing. The rooms and sleeping arrangements worked great for the adults and children. Mark was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again!

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The location is absolutely perfect - just a super short walk to the beach. The views from the porches were beautiful. It was amazing getting to watch the sun rise every morning. This was our first visit to Tybee Island, and we definitely want to go again!

Absolutely the best place for a beach vacation with kids!

Our group of 12 (includes 4 different groups) absolutely loved this house. It’s so stinking close to the beach and if there was something we forgot, the house had it! Great Location

We all enjoyed our stay on Tybee. The house was great. I had other family meet from other states around the country and everyone enjoyed the house. We had plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed the house and it's amenities. It was a close walk to the beach and an easy drive to Savannah.

Perfect week at Tybee

This was our first time staying in this house. There was ample space inside and outside for the family to spread out. The walk to the beach is super short. The house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. We look forward to future stays!

Fantastic House & Stay

Our original vacation was cancelled due to Hurricane Sally. Last minute reroute to Tybee Island - Mark was so helpful making our stay happen. House has EVERYTHING including great views and close to beach. Loved it- we'll be back!

Thought we would go to Savannah for a day but never left the island.

The unit was so nice, we never left the island.Worked out great for all 3 generations. Space to spead out when infant and 2 year old needed quiet places. Walked to beach and restaurants. Dolphin boat, fort, lighthouse and great restaurants just a short drive.

Wonderful Thanksgiving family vacation

This was a perfect house for our Thanksgiving combined family vacation. We had 10 adults ranging 27-91 & 3 children under 5. The house was well appointed, stocked & comfortable. Just steps from the beach, near restaurants & across the street from a playground. The elevator made it possible for our father who is wheelchair bound to be able to join us & celebrate being together.
