The floors throughout property were not clean so I kept my shoes on the entire time. The property owner took 3-4 days to answer any question we had. We enjoyed using a full kitchen even though we ate out a lot. The large bedrooms with king sized made a nice retreat for each couple

Stayed at this property valentine's weekend. Small issue at check-in but it was resolved. Decor was nice and exactly as pictured. I would stay again. Word of advice for anyone coming for the riverboat cruise... Find parking 2 or more hours early. We missed the boat by less than 10 minutes due to driving around 40 minutes trying to find a park!

Inside of property was nice with comfortable furniture. Outside of property was in a sketchy neighborhood with garbage all of the rear of the property. I don't believe it was anything from this property but there was garbage cans all over the rear alley with garbage strung all over.

The home was really nice and the rooms were very comfortable. The couch was amazing!! It was a little frustrating not hearing from the owner until day of, as I like to plan ahead. There also weren’t any checkout instructions provided so hopefully we did everything right. Would def stay again! Location was great! Very close to downtown.

Was concerned upon arrival as the outside of the property appeared to be run down and the neighborhood looked like it might be dangerous. But once we entered the property, it was very nice. The drop offs, HVAC grate in the living room and a few electric outlets that were taped over or had no covers were of concern but everything else was great.

The place was rundown and in a bad part of town. You had to access the back door through an alley way that was filthy. The front sidewalk wasn’t safe to walk on. It was raining when we got there and we had to wade water half way to our knees to get in. There were three door ways that had 2-3 inch step downs that were a danger to us all. The guest bathroom had a molded shower curtain, etc. I am attaching photos for you. And if all this isn’t enough, there was a shooting about two doors down from us on Wednesday! In my opinion, this property should NOT be for rent on your or anyone else’s site! I have more photos to add, but it will not let me.
