Room was overall clean .. but the door would not shut and lock didn’t even need a key ...

I liked the location of the property, but the room was very small and it needed to be remodeled very bad. There was paint peeling all around the door, the smoke detector was missing, the shower head was barely on, and the room just needs some TLC. There is also several room doors with paint missing off the fronts of them. The room served its purpose but wasn’t worth $200 a night with tax.

It was overall comfortable. My kids were happy. I love the scenery.

The Dunes is no frills, but right across the street from the beach, the staff is very courteous. The breakfast is just coffee and danishes. But the price is half of that across the street and the rooms are clean. The annex rooms are bit more on the shabby side. We stay here every time we visit Tybee.

During this time, it's not crowded. So, parking lot is enough, and room is quiet. Reasonable price and good staff. Free breakfast was good. It would be better if there are some egg.

More than what I expected. Rooms were clean and more spacious than what the pictures suggest. Literally 5 mins walk from the beach, convenient restaurants just outside.

I loved everything about our stay. The only thing I would change would be putting a blow dryer in the bathroom.

Great central location. Hotel seemed updated. But was not. We stayed in an “updated KING room”. There are 2 buildings to this hotel. One is in the back. That’s where our room was, ok parking right in front of building. Had one large king bed, a table with 2 chairs, a dresser, microwave and fridge. Dresser drawers wouldn’t stay shut. Window mount air conditioner. Bathroom was so small you couldn’t turn around in it. Bathtub drained very very slow. Like you constantly had sand left it tub. Even though we were in non smoking room, they’re was burn holes in bathroom curtain (bathroom has no fan or air conditioner) and on our comforter. Sheets had stains on them and pillows where flat. About 1am the “party” people would come back to the room. Everything echoed. The stairs. The yelling. Really loud. No hair dryer, iron or coffee in king room. This room might be ok if amenities aren’t much that you worry about. Wish they had swept the room each day!

Black mold in toilet, shower, and bathroom window sill.

Nice place, good value, very friendly helpful staff. Very close to the beach, but we did not have an ocean view.

Room, tv, and bathroom were small. Took shower at 9:00 am and ran out of hot water before shower wa finished. Cube refrigerator did not get cold.

We arrive late and were greated at desk by a polite employee. We were comfortable but there was no elevator.

You can walk to the beach and everywhere on South side. Rooms where nice. They've upgrade them. Bed was comfortable.

we were happy they accepted our dog, gave us a room on the first floor which made it easy for walking him. nice area for walking too.

The townl is pay to park so it was convenient you could leave your car at the hotel and walk almost everywhere. It was close to the beach. The room looked like picture on the internet. Check-in was nice and helpful. The room was clean and large. Would definitely stay there again
