If you’re searching for a longer-term vacation rental in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, this beautiful two-bedroom apartment in the iconic Eleanor building is an ideal choice. Offering 1,200 square feet of space, the apartment is both spacious and cozy, with views overlooking the Design District just off Whitaker Street. It comes fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with modern comforts, including a gourmet kitchen perfect for extended stays. The apartment is available on a month-to-month basis for up to six consecutive months.

Please note that the apartment does not include assigned parking. Metered street parking is available around the building from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Free parking can be found approximately six blocks south of the unit, and there are also two nearby city parking garages for added convenience.

For stays of 30 days or more, a signed lease and security deposit are required, and our office will contact you with the details.

Location! Location! Location. Everything in oh so historic Savannah was in walking distance. Less than a half hour walk to River street, Forsyth Park around the corner. We loved the area. The only drawback was the lack of parking. We left our car in an off site long term parking facility for 3 weeks. No problem. One just needs to plan for it.

Nice property. In historic Old Savannah. Close to shops, bars, restaurants, historic houses, museums. All within easy walking distance. We loved Savannah Coffee Roasters and Ye Olde Pink House.

Centrally located a plus, but street noisy

The location is perfect being just a 15 minute walk North to Forsyth Park and a 15 minute walk South to downtown, The Market and River street. And beautiful Squares (small parks) minutes away. The downside to the location was that it is right on a busy main street which was quite noisy. In addition, the master bedroom bed sagged .

Great location and big space!

We stayed at this property for 3 months in the fall and it was perfect! All the amenities we needed, great location, great wifi to work remotely. The apartment is 2 bed 1 bath with an open concept kitchen, living, and dining room, so there was plenty of space.
