Upstairs, you’ll find a large custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Open to the dining area, there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Three sets of French doors in the living room lead to your private patio. A gas grill, table for eight, and a view of Forsyth Park make this an ideal setting for dining al fresco.

On the third floor are three more bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and two with queen beds. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a separate tub and shower, perfect for a relaxing evening. Large French doors let in a lot of natural light and lead to a private balcony, so you can sit back and watch the world go by.

You’ll be a block away from Kroger, the only full grocery store in the Historic District, but close enough to all of Savannah’s dining options to never need to cook! Take a stroll to Maté Factor Cafe in the morning and discover organic coffee, maté teas, housemade muffins, danishes and even fruit-stuffed.

Wonderful place!

The property was beautiful and spotless and lived up to everything as advertised. Extra bonus walking distance to the grocery store. Problem at check-in with the door code that took almost half an hour to resolve on the phone. Short staffed at check-in time.
