The room was clean. The area was quiet. The security lock on the door was broken. A light bulb was blown in the room that was attached to the switch when you enter the room. There was a slight smell and the window drape was not fully attached to the rod.

Room too small and all furnitures dated. Breakfast is so so, and the service is nothing to talk about. Will not patronize this hotel again.

The hotel is located in Midtown, along with half a dozen better options. I am familiar with this part of Savannah, and have stayed in other hotels nearby, and wrongly assumed this one would be similar in quality. All the rooms have exterior doors, which do not muffle the street sounds, and the security lock was loosely installed in my room. The bathroom was fairly clean, but in dire need of an update. The bed was new and very comfortable, but the room was dusty and the TV had bad reception. On the upside, the desk staff was very friendly, and the coffee was good.

Need better coffee in room or earlier access to breakfast/coffee in lobby. Comfortable beds but rooms overdue for renovations. Very nice staff

This is basic motel accommodation of reasonable quality. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean with a (very small) fridge and microwave. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic scrambled eggs, cereal and waffles. All in all, good value for money

Staff was great they was helpful. The hotel was clean smell was awesome

Checkin was very slow. Check out was also very slow.

Fairly close to downtown breakfast average, weekend was pretty scarce. The carpets were very sticky make sure you got shoes on. Not sure why? Heard upstairs neighbor walking around all the time. Worst.Beds.Ever and the pillows were like laying on a book. It wasnt awful and for the money it was okay but I wont stay again.

Staff was very helpful, even recommended great restaurant minutes from hotel. Breakfast was good, with many choices hot and cold. Room was comfortable and quiet. No outside noises like traffic and even room noise from other rooms was minimal. Hotel was 10 minutes from downtown Savannah, they even provide a shuttle to Old Savannah Tours downtown. BTW Old Savannah Tours is the best tour in town, don't miss it. Will certainly stay here next time we are in town.

It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't stay again. The carpeted floors felt dirty and could use a steam clean.

It was very clean that they are working had to increase the level of this hotel. I stayed there a few years ago and it is much better. For the price, it is the best hotel in the area. Rooms clean and comfy and close to good restaurants and Starbucks.

Basic hotel. Clean. Adequate parking. Simple breakfast. Lots of road noise. Dated fixtures.

Good room for the price. Sticklers about check-in time. Bed was comfy.

They did not change the sheets in the 3 nights I stayed, even though I put the sign on my pillow. They didn't leave a complete set of towels one day. The room needed dusting, especially the lamp by the door.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

If you want to save money and get a great hotel experience, this is the place. Nothing fancy, but a really comfortable bed, clean room, and nice breakfast! Also, pretty close to downtown Savannah. Just a ten minute uber and you're there. I'd recommend this place.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. It was very quiet. The room was quite small--smaller than I anticipated. I would recommend it.

we found the baymont to be clean althou the first nite being Sat was noisy, but rest of the stay was good. easy check in, staff at front desk was very pleasant to deal with
