We offer you a dream holiday property, in an idyllic location, high-quality furnishings, large grounds and great services at a fair price. Experience pure nature! There are free use of two Canadians (2er / 3er) and two kayaks and a boat ready. The use of our fishing boat is for you also free (reciprocal use with apartment 1) .From your apartment is only a few steps to the water. Here you can swim, fish, hike or just relax and unwind.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung abseits des Touristentrubels

Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig! Die Wohnung ist modern, gut gepflegt und preiswert und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Wolgast und alle Ziele auf Usedom sind gut zu erreichen. Vielleicht mal wieder...

Wirklich schöne Fewo in ruhiger Lage

Sehr nette Gastgeber einer Ferienwohnung, in der man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Wein und selbst gemachte Marmelade. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Wir empfanden die Wohnung als sehr gemütlich und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Achterwasser ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, der findet sie hier.

Wunderbare Wohnung in Doppelhaus

Super eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was benötigt wird. Waren rundum zufrieden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Schöne Terasse für gemütliche Abendstunden. Bitte immer an Mückenschutz denken! Im Haus ist an den Fenstern gut dafür gesorgt.

Wir haben genossen!

Klein aber fein! Eine absolut saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist zwar für 3 Personen recht klein aber, weil man den Urlaub ja nicht in der Ferienwohnung verbringt ist es voll und ganz in Ordnung. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppebett und ein Wohn- Essbereich mit ausziehbarer gemütlicher Couch, so dass durchaus auch 4 Leute unterkommen können. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen (bei Regen den Schirm aufspannen 😉). Den angrenzenden großen Garten darf man nutzen, entweder zum Entspannen oder aber zum Tischtennis spielen oder anderem. Vorhandene Kanus/Kajaks dürfen kostenfrei mit genutzt werden, was wir natürlich auch gemacht haben. Die Wohnung selbst ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt, fehlt etwas darf man sich melden (wir haben nichts vermisst). Die Buchung selbst war völlig unkompliziert. Herr Ostmann hat sich gleich per Mail und Telefon gemeldet und alles notwendige erklärt, so dass keine Fragen offen blieben. Die Begrüßung war super herzlich. Und auch sonst ist ist die Kommunikation absolut freundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Wohnung/den Vermieter in jeder Hinsicht nur weiterempfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der schönen Ferienwohnung... uns hat es an nichts gefehlt... man konnte boote nutzen zum angeln... eine tolle Terrasse und die Wohnung selbst war sehr modern und sauber... wir kommen gerne wieder 😀
