Our apartment is on the ground floor. It consists of a living room with TV, a bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower / WC and a fully equipped kitchen with seats. There is a terrace and a fireplace.  Parking space is available. Towels and bed linen can be booked. The apartment is closed with a partition to the upper floor.

The apartments are about 7 km from Zinnowitz and are located directly on the backwaters on a quiet forest edge. The beach is about 1.5 km away and a swimming pool about 200 m. Bicycle rental, restaurants and beer gardens are nearby. The apartments can be reached by using the Usedom railway and then by bus. A car parking space is at your disposal.  Bed linen + towels can be booked for 8, - € per person. Arrival from 14.00 o'clock, departure until 10.00 o'clock.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a fireplace and a fenced private yard.

Prospetk entspricht nicht der gegebenheit

Das Objekt müsste generell überholt werden. Terrasse uneben. Küchenmöbel, Mischbatterie Abwaschbecken Kühlschrank lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bad müsste modernisiert werden. Dusche statt Badewanne. (nicht für ältere Leute geeignet Hüftprobleme usw. hat.) Spielgeräte Unfallgefahr, keine Rauchmelder vorhanden obwohl seit 2 Jahren eine Pflicht besteht Das Mobiliar entspricht nicht dem Foto
