Stayed at Quality Inn as part of a package including the Algoma Railway Agawa Canyon Tour. Great location, very good breakfast and a spacious room. The room was on the 6th floor across from the elevators and faced South. There was a king bed with loads of room on either side, a 3 to 4 foot space at the foot of the bed then two large, comfortable chairs complete with foot stools. The chairs were separated by a small table and were ideal seats for watching the television. Room also had a small fridge, coffee maker and in the bathroom was a large sized whirlpool tub. Not a "budget" hotel, but good value and one that I would recommend.

the Quality Inn is in a great location in the Soo. located downtown it is close to everything. the Room was clean neat and tidy. The Staff are friendly and welcoming. No complaints at all. the room had a frig and microwave which was nice. will stay there again when in town visiting

We stayed here for four nights...two couples, two suites. The rooms were clean and huge! The pool, hot tub and sauna were terrific and not overly populated during our stay. The complimentary hot breakfast was certainly adequate, although the “breakfast staff” need a matter of fact, the staff in general, needs to pay more attention to detail and realize they are in the business of making their guests happy. The exception to that group is the housekeeping staff, who were all terrific! All in all, our stay was good, but could have been outstanding with a little better effort from the staff.

Great room. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast good, except for coffee. Convenient to many places in city. Swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room. Good restaurant in hotel. If you're taking train to canyon, it's right across the street.

Stayed two nights for Agawa Canyon Train Tour. Location is excellent, right across the street from train station. Staff were friendly, accommodation was great. We had a bay view king suite. It was at least 3 times larger than an average hotel room. Considering we were in the heart of train tour season the cost was far more than reasonable. Breakfast was better than average for a hotel included item. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was okay... Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating but what is this 'Destination Marketing Fee' ripoff? Sault Ste Marie is NOT a major tourist destination but rather, a good stopover spot when travelling through to get to your true destination. Something needs to be done about these businesses blatantly ripping off the customer. It should be illegal

The hotel is located on the water front just across the Agawa train station, locks and a mall. That's where the Pros end. Breakfast is to put it mildly, mediocre. They run out of china, cutlery, coffee, eggs and almost everything often and for long period of times. Hotel and room interiors are tired. I don't think, we will consider this hotel again. For few more dollars, Delta is few hundreds from this location and enjoy much better water views.

Good quality hotel in the heart of the city. The mall is cross the street. Hotel has a full range bar and a restaurant both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast however, was medioker and caotic. Room was OK - nice beds.

If you are in Sault St. Marie for taking the Agawa Canyon Tour Train then this is the best money can offer. Right in front across the street where the tour train departs and returns. Adjacent to the station is also the Station Mall possibly the only mall / biggest one in the Town,

Having stayed at all the hotels in this area this is my go to hotel. Convenience not only to the mall but the Agawa Caynon train is right across the road. Check out and in is always a breeze, Pool is a nice add on for the grandchildren when they come. Have a numerous upgrades for no additional change and stay there about 30 times a year. Sonny the manager is always accommodating and only once have we had a problem with a room and it was settled in 10 minutes.Reccomend this to all my friends and not once have they been disappointed.
