The stay was excellent very close to the Hospital staff was very nice would recommend this hotel to all my friends Thank you
We checked in and the stf does not or unfamiliar in their process. Then when we arrived to our room the sheets are all used you can see the hair and some residues on the bed that is why I said it is never changed! Next ia that they so not have complimentary water on the fridge was asked to buy at the vendo in the lobby and vendo ia empty. Really bad experience, on check out day there is no one on the reception desk to assis in chexk out. What a bad hotel! We only stayed overnight and it is really bad. Oh forgot to say that towels were all in bad uaed condition it is ripped just folded nice! Did not reported as we wanted to rest!
We booked this Super 8 threw Wyndham rewards as they say best price guarantee. Well we paid $105.00 threw them and when we got to the Hotel the sign out front advised room special $89.00 So we called Wyndham and they advised talk to the hotel and they advised because we booked threw Wyndhem they weren't going to do anything. So I also emailed both parties and no one has replied. I was giving them a chance before I wrote anything about this place. It is in a seedy area, The room still have a lot of dust on the shelves. The worst part of all was the breakfast room. We sat down and a maple bug walked up on our table then we spotted more bugs on the floor and chairs and just couldn't sit there any more. I told the manager and that didn't seem to be a big deal to them . I don't care what king of bugs they are they shouldn't be in an eating area.
The GM was VERY nice and accommodating. However, when we got to our room (around 7 pm) it was dirty and not up to par at all. It was too late to room move or anything. I am a Gold Member and i received no upgrade either. The breakfast consisted of Cereal and Waffles ONLY and the waffle maker was broken so you had to watch to make sure it didn't burn. Saskatoon is limited for NICE Wyndham hotels and i was hoping this was one i could count on because we received a good price. Pictures looked good. Hard to find what the pictures show these days... Not happy, probably won't return.
Room was nice. Breakfast room was very dirty, no milk for cereal no plates no cutlery no fruit and not a clean place to sit and no napkins
We would like to see the entrance to the reception area cleaner and also the continental breakfast area spruced up with appliances that work.
These guys were very nice and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The mattress was comfortable and everything was clean. Kudos
Although the staff we dealt with were all friendly the overall feel of the place was old, tired and not as clean as it could have been
We had been staying at Super 8's all along our trip across Canada. We called ahead to Moose Jaw to check price (about $85-89) we arrived and after I checked in and paid for the room ($110.99) we entered with our luggage and dog (which I told the desk clerk we had upon check in) he informed me that I had to pay another $15 on top of the $110.99 which I assumed included out dog's $15 extra charge. I asked why the price was so high and he said that the lower price was if we booked online. He wasn't nice about it. The free breakfast was not what you see on the website...it was just coffee, cereal and muffins. When we were leaving I asked if he could give us the number of the Super 8 in Winnipeg which was our next stop and he said that I should google it myself. I don't have data on my cell phone and I was driving. Very rude customer service. I would never recommend this particular hotel to anyone.
The room was clean, the night staff professional. One bed lamp didn't work at all. We went down for the continental breakfast (in a very cold basement room) and found a few instant oatmeal packages, some fruit, bread and milk. There was old coffee. It was so cold down there that another guest was eating fully dressed for winter weather, including the toque. We couldn't at first find bowls for our oatmeal (they were in a lower cabinet) and as there was no attendant, guests helped each other find what was needed. We'd only stay at this one again if we had nowhere else to go.
