Srange place

It was unclear where we were supposed to park. The room was tidy, but oddly laid out. Not in a bad way, just unusual. The mattress I used had a strange dip at the top. The room numbers, and building floors don't make sense. There was an odd vibe in the building that I can't put my finger on, but it was a solid place to crash after a concert.

Had to ask for a receipt, was only going to give me my debit print out. Pillow case was stained/dirty, staff did not respond to text request to replace it until over an hour later. In the meantime, I discovered that the shower also hadn't been cleaned, as there was shampoos & a hair clip on the shelf. Would not stay here again.

We checked in. The cleaning products were littered all over the room. The dirty bedding was balled up on the floor in the corner and the bathroom smelled of pee. We immediately checked out and were refunded our money.

First assigned room smelled of smoke. Changed to 2nd room. This was clean and well appointed, except for noisy fan, no separate switches for bath fan and light, and and no TV reception. Bed was comfortable and clean. Price very reasonable. Thks. .

There were 5 cockroaches running up the wall, and two came out of the bathroom. The front desk fellow moved us to a second room on the second floor, but the carpets were filled with dirt, and there was popcorn under the beds. We didn't stay, and the front desk fellow said he cancelled our reservation for us. The room does not look like the picture shown here.

This has to be the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Ended up walking out. It was dirty and there was bugs in the room and the area is so unsafe! Left after 2 hours amd went to a new hotel.

Nothing was unique about the property. The room was completely gross and damaged. Used towels, dirty blankets and walls. Glass on the floor in the bathroom. For a no smoking room there was tobacco in the rug and the chair, which was broken by the way. Didn’t feel safe with my wife and kids being there so we left after awhile because we were inspecting everything so my damage deposit wouldn’t be taken away from an already damage dirty room. I got my damage deposit back, but I showed photos to the lady in the front desk and kept smirking like I was lying, there was also a clearly broken picture frame that I showed her and she smiled and said “sir the picture frame isn’t broken. Anyway, I want a refund

The room smelled of years of smoking. Seen Old blood stain on the matress went the the fitted sheet came off. Disgusting Room was not cleaned while we were out for the day.

From the start this hotel was terrible. Upon arrival the front desk staff stated that due to hotel policy, he had to show us up to our room where we weren’t allowed to stay until we came back down to pay for the deposit on the room. We then had to go back down because we had to drop off all our things into the room. He proceeded to explain that because I booked through a third-party website ex: expedia.ca. That my card was declined and I didn’t have my phone on me to confirm the booking so back upstairs we all went where he again chauffeured us back into our room for me to retrieve my belongings to confirm that the room had already been paid for. It was a very odd check-in. However, we looked past it as we were tired and wanting to eat so we got back to our room and once in our room, we discovered how horrific it was inside. There is no mattress protection, there are stains all over the bed, the sheets down the side of the bed. The fire detector was sitting on top of the microwave with the batteries out, the coffee pot had residue sludge to the bottom of the of the pot. The bathtub has not looked like it has been cleaned in years. This room had no vacuuming no dusting hair everywhere bad odor. On top of it the location is not ideal or safe. Once we checked out the next morning, we asked if they have housekeepers which the front desk attendant stated no. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Unless you want to be worried about bedbugs all night long like we were.

The area is very unsafe, the room was filthy (blood on the pillows, semen on the bedding, dirt all over the floor, hair in the bathtub etc). People were banging on the walls, fighting in the hallway, and pulling on my door handle. I got no sleep and chose to leave at 4am and sleep in my car instead at a different location.

The mattress was terrible. Literally had springs and steel poking me. Room was supposed to be a queen standard. It was a closet. Bathroom walls are dirty and paint torn away from something being removed.
