Disappointing to say the least

The air conditioning did not work in our room and it was a very hot/warm night. In the morning we were going to make in room coffee and the water reservoir in the coffee maker was disgusting, scum was floating on the top of the water. Very disappointing. Front receptionist was told about these two issues and I showed her a photo of the coffee maker.

Property is decent..rooms are old and beds are kind of comfortable. The AC in our unit wasn't working but they offer to change rooms byt we have only one night left and with the window open felt ok. Would not recommend staying here till summer as there was no heat in the building.The room was 66 F.They had switched to air conditioning.Went for breakfast and the host was huddled in front of a little electric heater.They should have at least notified guests before hand that there was no heating.Over all a chilly stay!
