Great location

Incredible location right in the heart of beautiful León. You can step right out into the pedestrian centre with all the bars and restaurants on your doorstep and the cathedral is a few hundred metres away. The only downside is that is was hard to find by car and we couldn't park nearby. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel had a very individual style. I would definitely recommend.

You won't be able to sleep if you stay here

The noise from the people and bars outside our windows was disturbingly loud and it was carried on from 12:00-5:00 AM! We could not get any sleep!

Centrico. Personal muy amable. Eso si, por la noche en la calle hay mucho ambiente y si quieres dormir temprano o vas con niños no es muy aconsejable. Lugar precioso. Muy recomendable.

Très bonne adresse à deux pas de la cathédrale

Hôtel situé en plein centre historique. De ce fait, il n'est pas facile à localiser. Conseil : se rendre directement au parking souterrain Plaza Mayor. Le montant est à payer directement à l'hôtel, qui se trouve à deux pas, sur présentation du ticket (15 € la nuit). Très bon accueil, chambre bien insonorisée et propre, sanitaires impeccables. A recommander pour une visite de la ville.

Olor insoportable a desagüe

Se puede ententer que al estar en pleno centro del barrio humedo sea un hotel ruidoso. La contraventana tenía el pestillo roto y dejaba entrar la luz. Lo peor era el insoportable olor a cañerias de la habitación. Lo comunicamos en recepción al llegar, no nos dieron ninguna solución. Dejamos la ventana abierta con la esperanza que por la noche el olor hubiese desaparecido, pero no fué así. Nuevamente nos quejamos, subió la chica de recepción y abrió el agua de la ducha, ninguna solución. Por la mañana volvimos a quejarnos en recepción y el arreglo fue decirnos que nos invitaría a desayunar si no fuese porque porque se había ido la luz, no se solucionaría el problema hasta la 13:00 y claro, no funcionaba la cafetera. No nos quedó otra que poner una hoja de reclamaciones.
