The host was great. The place was immaculate. The people were very kind. Check in and check out it was very easy. The view was phenomenal. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great stay, had a few issues with the air conditioning not working, but they were quick to fix. Also there was a leak in the room from a vent, that wasn't fixed. Beautiful property, beautiful view.

Paradise - breathtaking views

House was amazing and as described. The pool and sunset views were truly outstanding. Playa Hermosa and was perfect for my adult family - a quiet beach with good restaurants, and grocery store. Hermosa Heights was a safe, gated community - my kids loved the mini golf. House manager Armando was super helpful and very responsive! Would go back in a heartbeat.

Outstanding Guanacaste

My family and I enjoyed 10 wonderful days at the Hermosa Heights home. The home was clean, safe, modern, well furnished and equipped. The Zindis Group was equally wonderful to work with. House Manager Marlon took fabulous care of us and Concierge Javier recomended the best tours. The only downside was most of our stay was during a tropical storm. With the foul weather, we stayed home and spent a lot of time in the pool. Unfortunately, the pool and the spa are unheated making their use much less enjoyable.

Great View and House but needs updates

House had great layout and furniture and space - but really needs new mattresses which were terribly soft and sagging. Also new bedding, pillows and soft goods. Kitchen well appointed and we cooked a few meals. Pool was lovely but too cold - if it had been heated just a bit it would have been perfect since it only got late afternoon sun. Many small repairs needed - like burners on stove, faucets need to be cleaned (they are clogged), shower heads need to be cleaned, other small things need repair.

Awesome home in a great location

This home is beautiful and comes with a pool you can actually swim laps in. Every room in the house, except the 1/2 bath and laundry room have gorgeous views of the Pacific ocean. The kitchen was fitted up nicely and there was an abundance of regular and beach towels. The community is gated with a full-time guard and the roads are all paved. This home is located fairly close to the bottom so it is a quick trip to the beach or for dinner. Only two small issues: There is virtually no wifi signal in the master bedroom and there is zero signal in the master bath. A simple wifi signal booster in the adjacent 2nd bedroom would resolve this issue. Cheap, too. The other issue was bat guano on the pool deck. I have nothing against bats, but I certainly did not want to have to sweep the entire deck before I could enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the awesome view. I communicated this to the management team and I got the typical "they were there first" response and no mitigation effort. I don't see any way to upload photos, but the sunsets were unbelievable! I have photos of the bats and their guano, too, but I don't see a way to post them. I'd give the home itself a 5-star rating, but the 2 issues noted dropped it down to a 4 in my opinion.
