I usually booked hotels by the waterfront when I'm in town. Pullman was new to me, however it didn't meet my expectation at all! Breakfast wasn't something to shout about for a hotel like this. Tune has a great airport shuttle that is only 8 Rinngit instead of a taxi that will charge 28. My room had no windows, cool Air-Con. clean bathroom and close to river walk area. Easy to have breakfast & buy supplies and walking distance to bus stop to Bako National Park.
