Situated right beside the Phillippi Creek and the new Pedestrian Bridge. Within walking distance to Yoders Restaurant and Der Dutchman’s Restaurant.
This house features 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms have their own outside entrance onto a lanai.
This house is equipped with a Heating/AC unit. Use the garage to store your bike rentals. You will also find a washer and a dryer in the garage. A fire ring out back and a Blackstone grill.
We do not allow any parties or alcohol. Come enjoy this peaceful community!
