Fantastic home in great neighborhood

Clean, well appointed, kid friendly and easy! We loved the outdoor space and the pool. Our son and his cousins were captivated by the Infinity Game table. Great property!

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay

The house was thoughtfully organized with everything we needed for a great stay. Love the pool, coffee bar and cozy decorating style and layout. Close enough to all that we wanted to do - short drive to town or destinations east of town. Comfortable beds. The outdoor TV and covered patio were great place to hang after a long day.

Golf vacation

The check in process was easy and the rental manager was very responsive to our needs. Location was close to several nice golf courses. House was in good shape and well stocked. We were looking forward to using the heated swimming pool however the heat pump was out when we arrived. We contacted the landlord and they sent out the pool technician the next day. The weather was cooler than usual and the pool never heated up enough for us to use which is why I rated it 4 stars overall. The rental manager was nice enough to issue a partial refund because of this.

Home Away From Home!

We just returned from a very happy 3-night stay at Sea Pointe. The house is your home away from home and has all the right touches that make you feel safe and welcomed. The beds are exceptionally comfortable - there’s no uncomfortable wasted night of getting used to a new bed - it feels like your own! The linens are soft and plush. The kitchenware is all high-quality. There is a carbon monoxide monitor in the dining room, which provides an extra layer of comfort that the house managers really care about your safety and well-being. All-in-all, it was a perfect stay and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Warm and welcoming!

Our stay was wonderful. Our family came to participate in a World SUP competition at Nathan Benderson park. It was a ten minute quiet drive from the house. Groceries, walking trails, golf course and other stores were also close by. The house slept 7 of us comfortably. The pool and the yard were wonderful as well. The host got back to quickly

Staycation at Sea Point

The home was gorgeous and well attended. The host Landon was such a delight!! All our needs were met and then some! The housekeepers came before we left as I was taking some extra time tidying up. They were so kind and pleasant! I would highly recommend this listing, or any listing that Landon manages 😊😊

Great place to stay

Beautiful home complete with everything you may need! Only suggestion would be to pay attention to the description stating the pool is only heated in the cooler months and notice is needed for the pool to be heated. We would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing stay

Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Convenient for moving around the area, yet tucked off main roads in a nice neighborhood. Great outdoor space. We enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood and on the walking trail on the golf course nearby.

Awesome stay!

The house was super cute! They really optimized all the space! We loved the heated pool - Florida was chilly while we were there and we were out in the elements - it was our favorite part to come home too. Short drive to Lakewood Ranch and close to shopping and food. Just great all the way around!

Nice stay just a few things

Overall the stay was nice, home was decorated well and it was comfortable. Lots of nice touches like lots of blankets. The grill had NEVER been cleaned or that’s how it appeared. We started the grill and a huge grease fire started. It took over 10 minutes without the gas on for it to go down. We were not compensated for this major safety hazard. The same day a pest control man came to the home, we were not notified and he walked in and through the entire home before we saw him while we were on the patio. It scared us and we don’t like that it occurred. We felt our safety/ privacy was again compromised. We did ask to be compensated and never heard back from the management company. It has been 6 days with no communication from them
