Awesome stay!

The property was just as expected from pictures. Very clean and comfortable! The pool was very clean as well and we definitely appreciated all of the beach accommodations including chairs, umbrella, etc! Really close to beaches and plenty of restaurants. No complaints at all, will be looking to return when coming back to Bradenton!

Absolutely beautiful house

This house is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful, roomy, clean, and just amazing. The entire family enjoyed it. The game room was just perfect for the kids and to keep them busy. Beautiful clean pool. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there was a pool vacuum in the pool 24/7 and became somewhat annoying and in the way of enjoying the pool. Could not swim across the pool as the vaccum hose would go across the pool. If it wasn’t for that, this house would be “PERFECT”

Laughing Pelican House was amazing. Pool area is lovely. Perfect hang out for morning coffee, afternoon swim & evening dinner. Home is set up perfect! They did not miss anything stocking this home. We will definitely stay here again.

Our anniversary

The property was very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that we paid ahead of time for the pool to be heated, We arrived on Saturday and left on Sunday. We arrived at 6 pm and the pool wasn't heated. We contacted staff and they sent someone out the next morning. All in all it was a great stay. Our only issue was that we wanted the pool heated as soon as we arrived and we didn't have that luxury.

Beautiful home, great location

The house was beautiful, lanai was neat, pool Was clean refreshing and location was perfect. Highly recommend this property it was near the beaches, home was clean, beds were very comfortable. All things for the beach were there - wagon, rafts, umbrella, sand toys, everything you would need to spend the day at the beach. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back next year!

Beautiful Stay

The home was very clean, beautiful and big kitchen, and the coffee bar was a plus. We were mainly out by the pool majority of our stay there. The game room was awesome especially the arcade machine.

Girlfriends Beach Getaway

The interior of the home was beautifully decorated. Modern kitchen and appliances. I was disappointed with pool area. Patio furniture was outdated and rusty. Outdoor deck could use a pressure wash. Patio chairs were broken and could only use 2 of them.

Great Stay In Bradenton

Our family visited Bradenton and Anna Maria Island for the first this this past week and we had a wonderful time. This house is very clean and exactly as listed. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy, and this house is in a great location. We would definately go back!

Top-Haus in super Lage

Das Haus entsprach vollen Umfangs den Bildern. Wir haben uns mit unserer Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt und alle Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Poolheizung ist nicht billig, aber warmes Wasser bringt einfach mehr Spaß. Der überdachte Vorraum ist hervorragend fürs Frühstück und auch fürs gemütliche Zusammensitzen bei kühleren Abenden geeignet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Qualität des Kochgeschirrs (insbesondere die Pfannen) und in Teilen der Gläser. Hier sollte der Vermieter gelegentlich für einen sicherlich nicht sonderlich teuren Austausch sorgen. Unterm Strich bleibt es aber trotzdem bei einer Top-Bewertung für das Haus (insbesondere auch wg. der Nähe zu Anna Maria Island und zu Supermärkten und Restaurants)

Great Location to beaches!

This was a Christmas getaway to visit family. We wanted to be close to to Anna Maria Island and beaches with a friendly price point. The location was perfect you could easily drive to the beaches in 10 minutes. The house was very very clean with a beautiful kitchen and very well stocked. The master bedroom was large with a comfortable king bed. The 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds was extremely small and the twin beds were not very comfortable for my 14 year old or sister in law. My suggestion if renting this home 3rd bedroom needs to be used for small children. There is a pull out king in the sunroom we would have used however the mattress needs to be replaced. Overall we had an excellent stay, we would highly recommend this property. The pool is great, wish the weather would have been a little warmer but we still had a great time. The property management is very attentive to details and requests.
