Comfy 3/2 house built in 1926. Great layout with hallway separating bedrooms from living areas. Screened front porch with ceiling fan, picnic table with umbrella in back yard. Located just north of downtown Sarasota -- walking distance to: Dowtown, Sarasota Bay, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, 2 city parks, 10th Street boat ramp, Wicked Cantina restaurant, The Reserve Retreat, and Publix grocery/liquor store.
