We had a very good experience the first time we stayed at the Fairfield Marriott Venice which was very pleasant. During this trip to the same hotel everyone we met (front desk, breakfast area) were very pleasant and helpful. The only issues we experienced were that we had to let the shower and sink hot water run for at least 20 minutes to get at least warm. Also there was nothing posted to indicate that the rooms would only be refreshed with new towels every 3 days. We asked the person at the reception desk for new towels and face cloths which he provided and we were then informed as to the policy which is not disclosed anywhere.

I stayed there after a long 10 hr travel day from California. Arrived around 1am. Bed was very comfy and clean. AC was nice and cold. Employees were friendly. Free parking. The only thing I could see was my door lock latch was lose ☹️ that can be fixed. Didn’t use the pool or free breakfast since I had to drive home. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. It’s. Marriott chain hotel. Best mattresses.

We've stayed here twice in the last few weeks for the birth of our grandson. Claire was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff. Great service, great breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms every time. Thank you for wonderful service and a friendly staff.
