This is an excellent property for a weekend get-away or a several day stay. Each Villa is well equipped with kitchen appliances and eating utensils, individually wrapped glasses, bowls and plates. Easy access to Venice beaches, Sarasota and I-75. Staff is very accomodating to special requests.

This hotel is AS advertised, extremely clean. But also it is located in a wonderful part of " old florida", not yet built up like the rest. Just minutes away from Nokomis beach and all the area restaurants and tiki bars. Perfect for a family !

We do our best to accurately convey our property (but in fairness, we are a bit biased!); it is our guest reviews that really help potential guests decide if our property is a good match for them. Chuck and I appreciate your input and agree that Addy’s Villas is a great set up for families. We are very fortunate to have landed in this beautiful part of South West Florida and love sharing it with our guests…. As for being less built up…. we are amazed at how quickly Florida is growing!
