This is a remade individual room in the Ramada complex. The pictures don’t really capture how pretty this place is.We can use all the amenities of the hotel except for housekeeping and clean towels. Which works better for us. The unit is very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable queen bed which looks over the quiet marina, and has an attached bar:restaurant called Tarpon Bay grill and tiki bar. We ate all three nights there. We could walk out the sliding doors to the outside(no stairs). But also little privacy- People were walking back and forth and could look right inside unless the curtains were drawn. So that cut down some of the view we could enjoy. The sunsets were spectacular. The hosts were very responsive to email, and left a very informative looseleaf binder with tons of information about the area, etc. the only missing pieces were paper towels, napkins and a kitchen sponge, but a Dollar Tree trip solved that. Bathroom is beautiful-great shower, toiletries included. Everything seems new. The fridge has a separate freezer and is very quiet. One thing folks should know is that this unit is close to the end of the runway of SRQ airport and if the wind is right, there is a constant stream of low flying aircraft. The first one leaves at 6 AM, it’s sparse for awhile but really picks up around 7 AM. Traffic usually stops around midnight. Love this place and will be very happy to come back.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time here at this property over the 4th. Room had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The little kitchen area was a plus. We will be back, tiki bar was a bonus and so much fun

Great price pretty good location

Check in process very easy, everything you need is provided in the condo, dishes, soap, everything, not to far to drive to Anna Maria Island and tons of great restaurants close by. Was a nice weekend getaway while we visited with friends in town from out of state.

Near airport

Next to airport, planes flying over until midnight and start again at 6am. Tub didn’t hold water despite maintenance man coming. Bridal party next door was horribly loud, called office several times. Black feet from the unclean floors.

Great place!

We came for a quick weekend trip. The room was nice, bed is soft and great amenities. The a/c is a window unit so I wish it would have been a little more consistent on the temperature . We brought the boat and paid the hotel for a seawall spot which has a dock wrapped around it. There is electric and water outlets for a hose. It is very nice but spots can be limited. The restaurant is great! I would book again!
