Our "west of the trail" home is right across from the bay/marina and just minutes to Siesta Key, where you will find the world famous Siesta Key Beach as well as our favorite, Turtle Beach! The location of this home is perfect as it is close to absolutely everything! Within minutes you can get to restaurants, parks, grocery stores, coffee/cafes, and much much more!

This family friendly 3 bed 2 bath single family home has a beautiful private screened pool with a large yard. Home comes fully equipped for a perfect beach/pool sunny Florida vacation!

We recently purchased this home, so all bedding/linens/appliances/furniture are all new. The tile flooring throughout ensure a clean stay and are perfect for those sandy toes! Whether you are looking for a fun filled adventure of a day or a relaxing poolside afternoon, our home has just what you are looking for. You can enjoy your morning coffee out by the pool, cook a large breakfast, or just swing by one of your favorite spots for a bite to eat before going to the beach.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes all cutlery, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ice-maker, microwave, and of course the all-important coffee-maker (Keurig) for those early wake-ups! The kitchen features an eat-in bar with 2 stools. Plus, you can take care of any of your laundry needs in the utility room, which includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The living room features a large very comfortable sectional with a 50" Smart flat screen TV to watch all of your favorite shows. This leads into the dining room and the enclosed lanai that goes out to the beautiful caged pool with eating area and loungers!

The master bedroom has a king bed, 50” flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dressing area that leads directly out to pool.

In the guest bedroom there is a queen bed and walk in closet.

A third bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed with a trundle that can sleep up to 5 kids! Both bedrooms share access to a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and ample parking.

We had to leave our stay a full week early due to a family emergency involving a death. Despite explaining the situation and the unexpected cost of last-minute flights home, the host was unwilling to offer any form of refund or accommodation. While we understand policies, the lack of flexibility or compassion in this situation was very disappointing.

Fun with Family

First let me say that if these small items were resolved I would stay here again. This house has many positives such as a newly remodeled master suite with a fantastic bath and hall (kids') bath. Showers are a very nice touch with tilework and pebble floors. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and really loved the location as it is close to everything that we were looking to do. Tv had broken screen in one bedroom, furnace filter clogged to the point the air wouldn't keep up (I am a remodeling contractor so once I removed the filter the home was actually too cold), pool was not maintained to normal florida weekly standards, dishwasher had not been opened in some time. I feel like these are very small items that could use some attention and did not deter me and my family from enjoying our vacation. These issues were not even big enough to contact anyone about. As I said before I would absolutely book this property again and my kids loved it as well. I planned on a trip to the store beforehand but no paper products, trash bags, or Keurig cups were on site.

AMAZING stay!

First off, the house is just wonderful! It's spacious and open which we loved! The pool area was great, there was a grill which we used. We noticed little accommodations which were so thoughtful: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, baby playpen, baby pool float, board games, beach towels, all the cutlery and plates and cookware you would need, condiments... The showers were incredible! The pillows!!!! We forgot to check what kind they were but they were great! The location is nice! It's minutes from beaches and shops without being in the center of it all which we liked because the area the house is in is quiet. It's sooo quiet. 20/10 would recommend! Ashley answered ALL the questions I had right away! Great spot!

Beautiful and cozy

So cute and comfortable. There were so many little extras, we probably could have made a vacation just out of staying right there. Having a pool was so convenient and my kids had a blast with it. We had a great stay and it was so nice to have a little place to retreat at the end of the day.

Perfection!

This house was perfect for our family! We had 3 adults and 2 kids. The house was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. It is very close to Siesta Beach. We were in Sarasota for a swim meet at the Selby Aquatic Center. It was very close. If you are coming for a meet, we HIGHLY recommend this house! The pool was clean and nice. Someone came to check the chemicals and clean the pool as routine maintenance during our stay. Ashley was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, fun for all ages

The house was just as advertised. It was in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. This was a family and friend trip and it was so much fun. Having our own pool and not having to worry about the kids being too rowdy or loud was a big relief. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The property manager, Ashley was super helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Sparkling pool house minutes from Siesta Key and Lido!

We write our reviews from a visitor stand point but we are also vrbo hosts ourselves. The house was perfect for us we traveled with our kids and my inlaws. The house is spacious with 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and screened porch for outdoor living. The home was comfortable for the 7 of us. The home had several items that was nice to have for a toddler like a highchaor, toys and i believe a crib was available. The neighborhood was quite and clean. The pool was sparkling clean. One huge pro for this home was they supplied many supplies that most weekly rentals don't include for example; dish soap, trashbags, paper goods. The host Ashley had great communication and was helpful with making some recreational recomendations. A few areas for improvement or attention; They supply a Keurig but no coffee pot, the Keurig was slow and not ideal for a house full of coffee drinkers. The line to the propane on the grill seems to have a leak. The master bedroom blanket smelled like dog, we washed it. Took forever to dry, I'd recommend a lite quilt instead for quicker turn around with Washing/drying times. To make sure cleaning people are washing inbetween guest. Overall we are giving a 5 star review. We enjoyed our time here.

Happy vacationers!

Ashley was very kind and very quick to respond to our needs. The air went out and she didn’t miss a beat! Someone was there and working on in in no time at all. The house itself is beautiful, the pool was awesome! She had everything available to us… over and beyond the basics! The 4 teenage grandkids loved everything about the home… Thanks again for making this vacation one of the best!
