The location is busy with people going to the Ferry or coming from the Ferry non stop. There is no exterior door so not only it is noisy, it also does not feel safe.
We booked this place because it was advertised as a hotel. It turns out it is an apartment right next to the Ferry station. Considering the price it is expensive for an apartment. We checked out early because the place was underwhelming and moved to a hotel that was $50 less a night, next to a phenomenal beach and had an amazing breakfast.
This place has neither breakfast nor a nice beach
As it is an apartment that sleeps 4 it also attracts more of the party crowd. The guys next to us partied all night and drunk heavy.
The beach that is advertised is awful. Dirty and very short. We talked to some locals and they told us the locals don’t go there.
We tried to talk to the host about the misunderstanding regarding the false advertisement as a hotel and the location but she could not care less.
The apartment itself is clean and the location is convenient if you have to go to the Ferry the next day. However at that price there are dozens of better options in Sarande or Ksamil.
