Location could not be better. A little away from the main hustle and bustle but plenty of food options nearby. Pool and beach and views from the hotel balcony are great! This is a family run business, but not everyone in the family seems suited to hospitality. The building is well designed and of a high quality but some of the service is not what one would expect from a hotel marketing itself as “luxury”.

The hotel location is great, it's only few minutes walk from the port. Hotel has its own private beach and also very nice pool. It's right on the beach so there are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Very clean and nicely decorated.

A lovely hotel in the quieter part of Sarande (all relative!). Cleanliness excellent- great rooms and indeed views. Lovely pool area. Breakfast was very good too.

The hotel is perfectly located- a short walk from great restaurants (Ladi and Black Marlin) and supermarkets like Spar. The staff were amazing at booking us taxis, recommending places to eat or anything else we needed to enjoy our stay. We really enjoyed access to their pool, sunloungers and beach front and even found that we preferred this to some of the other beaches we visited in Saranda/Ksamil! Could not recommend enough and will definitely be coming back!
