Maybe it's me, but I didn't even mind the room being a bit dusty, the door know being broken, the lock on the bathroom being broken, the towel heat rack being broken, the airco being broken, the safe being broken, the rain shower head being broken, the toilet seat being broken and the hairdryer being broken as long as I have light and water and cleanliness. I told the staff so they could fix it for me or for the next guest, especially since the site said they would have airco. The reaction I got is "only one thing we found is broken, so what do you want, what else is broken", so I started listing the things and she interrupted me saying "well yeah we know about that but we cannot fix it right now can we". So, you lied about only one thing being broken and it flabbergasted me. And to top it off a couple of days later I heard the same lady arguing with a Turkish guest who said there was a problem and she said, "well of course you know better, right"??? So, impertinent. Cannot say who it was because of the rules, but the housekeeper at least tried her best even though she doesn't speak Enlgish. But mainly the other lady's treatment on top of everything that's broken leaded me to dislike it a lot.

Their internet goes in an out of service. Get more reliable internet. They should wash their toilets before guests arrive. Nice rooftop, but if it rains there is no coverage. I chose this spot for the location and view only. Otherwise I wouldn’t have chosen it. Also it is on the 9th floor so it’s nice and away from street traffic. Room is normal and clean otherwise, except Tue toilet rim. Also, during the rain, random street people entered the building to take shelter from rain, low security. Great for shopping and walking.

A fantastic location in Sarajevo with stunning views across the city. Would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to stay in Sarajevo, whether it be their first time or not. Lots to do in the area outside the hotel with many bars and restaurants offering an authentic Bosnian experience. Thank you for a great stay!

Pros: Perfect location and great view. Hotel staff was friendly. Cons: Toilet seat was broken and high. Rooms are only accessible with lift at 9th floor. I was worrying what if the lift was broken. Also incase of a fire Im not sure what would happen.

Sarajevo trip

The hotel is brilliantly placed, a maximum of 10 minutes walk from the old town. It one of the tallest buildings in the area so is easy to spot even if you're slightly lost. Be aware that the reception is on the 9th floor, accessible by lift but if your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor then you only have stairs as there is no lift beyond the 9th floor. The restaurant terrace is a great place to enjoy a meal or a coffee and has great views of the city. This is a clean and comfortable hotel, well placed with friendly and helpful staff, i would definitely recommend. A big thanks to Alia on reception, she was super helpful and friendly and a real asset to the hotel.

Good location, poor condition.

Broken toilet seat, flooded shower room, poorly kempt bedrooms, bad housekeeping. I complained and fortunately the manager changed my room to a different one that didn’t have a broken toilet seat. However, I certainly won’t be staying at this hotel again. If I am to return to Sarajevo again, I will ensure I stay at a good hotel, this was possible one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. One positive though were the views from the bedrooms.

The sunset view from the hotel was lovely, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight. The room and bathroom were dirty, with hair from previous guests everywhere. The bed was uncomfortable, and the furniture and appliances were outdated. To make matters worse, the staff offered no help or assistance. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

But rough round the edges but fantastic overall

Great location hotel opposite eternal flame. Very walkable to all the sights of Sarajevo. Would have been good to know that reception is on the 9th floor, I arrived after a long trip late at night to find nothing and no one at the front of the hotel so panic set in. Luckily a cleaner arrived to inform me. Room was basic, some dodgy wiring but nothing that puts me off. Views across Sarajevo were amazing - corner windows in my room and ones that stretched the length of the bathroom meant I had views of the mountains. Went up to the roof terrace - didn’t eat or drink there but looked pretty special. Overall really liked the hotel
