The room was affordable, very clean, and after staying in cramped Tokyo hotels was surprisingly spacious!! Which we really appreciate. Amenities like breakfast, vending machine, and washing machines available for use we're very appreciated. The location was great, close to great restaurants and anything that you'd like to do. We also appreciate the front desk, who shared our options for getting to the airport, especially for saving us money!

We are used to small rooms in Japan, but this was too small. We only took 1 piece of luggage and that was too much! Ok, so the room was small but everything else was superb. The room was spotless, as was the entire hotel. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Many “from Hokkaido” options that varied each day and it’s a buffet so you can eat as much as you with of this delicious food. Lastly, Susukino is somewhat of a red-light district, but it’s Japan, so we still felt very safe, just a bit sad.

Best sleep we had on our trip! The room was super spacious and the separate bath and toilet was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having enough space to plant two big suitcases down and still stretch and walk around was fantastic. Great location and staff too. Cute stamp in the lobby
