Very comfy hotel, free Ramen at night and coffee is available during the day

Excellent breakfast in terms of Japanese dishes. Incredible coffee and super hot - 80 degree Celsius. Free shuttle from hotel to JR station by using taxi. Located at the super convenient major shopping and dinning area. Room is very clean and very comfortable in terms of meeting the rate value and the expected size of the room. Only negative impression was when I checked in, one of the 'senior' staff or manager at the front desk appeared to be no patient. After I completed check in with the trainee front desk staff, who was patiently explain my questions about the hotel's services, a Japanese guest was waiting after me. the "senior" /manager rudely told me and the trainee to move over that he could process the check-in with the Japanese guest. It is the first time I met a "unprofessional Japanese" toward foreigners. All other staff including the restaurant at Dormy Inn are super nice, polite and friendly.
