Nice little place. Very basic but the owner is friendly and helpful, and the hotel Is very clean. Lovely garden. I would recommend to friends looking for cheap and cheerful.

A very good budget hotel with bucolic atmosphere

I had a very good stay at a hotel on probably the best street of Sapanca. There is a big lawn with seating places at the front of the hotel where you can sit, eat or drink something. And the room has a kettle, so you can even have your own tea or coffee. The owner of the hotel is as well an intellectual, hospitable and friendly person. It is true that there is a not-so-busy street where the long lawn ends, but I think noise of the cars passing by every now and then could not disturb anybody. If you are looking for a modest place and not luxury, this hotel will serve you well considering its price, the hospitality, quietness and its bucolic atmosphere.

Etrafı yeşillik güzel bir konuma sahip. Yeşil isteyenler için güzel bir seçim. Fiyatına göre çok iyi denebilecek bir konaklama. Klima, ketıl (sadece alt, su ısıtıcı), saç kurutma makinesi mevcut. Ayak havlusu, mini buzdolabı, sineklik yok. Çok rahatsız edici olmamakla birlikte otobandan gelen araç sesleri var. Balkon kapısı ve oda penceresi kapatıldığında ses pek duyulmuyor, yazın kalacaklar kapı pencere kapatıp klima çalıştırmayı da isyemiyorsa otelin kuzey yani arka cephesinden oda tercih ederlerse daha az ses duymuş olurlar. Standart otel ve odalarda bulunmayan balkon keyfi bu otelde mevcut. İki kişi için yeterli büyüklükteki balkon üst kattakler için iyi bir ferahlık ve yeşil manzara sağlamakta. Otel göl kənarında ve göl manzaralı değil. Yüksek ağaçlar içinde bir otel. Yatakların değişim zamanı gelmiş.Yenilenmesi daha iyi bir konfor sağlayacaktır.
