What a shame that such a nicely designed facility is run by such unprofessional staff. The only property functioning employees were the cleaning/housekeeping crew, the rest were in shambles. Breakfast is overcooked and served burnt, front desk staff have no clue what kind of service is provided by the hotel, noises at night equally caused by staff at the restaurant upstairs and by guests in nearby rooms, again with no proper support by the front desk staff.

Personel çok ilgili ve kibardı. Kahvaltı servisi ve teras iyiydi. Otelin konumu da çok iyiydi ancak çok net bir şekilde park problemi var. Otopark yok ve aracımı yol kenarlarına içim pek rahat etmeyerek bırakmak zorunda kaldım. Bunun dışında otelde bulunan kafenin de çok yeterli olduğunu söylemekte fayda var.

Yeni bir otel olmasından dolayı, otelde genel olarak temiz ve güzel bir görüntü var. Fakat detaylandırmak gerekirse, odamızın pencereleri bina duvarlarına bakıyordu. Ufak bir aralıktan sadece ilerideki binalar vs görünüyordu. Yataklar rahattı, oda sıcaklığı güzeldi. Tuvalet yeni ve temiz olmasına rağmen maalesef kötü kokuyordu. İki gün kaldık, ikinci gün tuvalete koymak için marketten koku aldık. Odanın içindeki buzdolabı rahatsız edecek kadar sesli çalışıyordu. Yaz olmadığı için fişini çektik, sorunu bu şekilde çözdük. Kahvaltısını deneyimlemedik. Aşağıda cafe kısmı var fakat akşam bir şeyler yemek isterseniz restoranı yok. Araçla geldiğimiz için, ilk akşam yer bulmak biraz zordu. İkinci akşam daha erken döndüm otele, o zaman park için yer vardı. Kısaca otel beklediğim kadar iyi değildi.
