Nice and cozy house with beautiful garden, 2 suites with 2 beds, 1 room with 2 bunk beds and 1 room with 2 beds that has a table that can be used as a cot. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, except bunk beds, which have table or floor fans for safety. Spacious and charming common area with terrace and living room. Kiosk in the garden with barbecue. It has a maid's room with bunk beds and bathroom. There is an extra external shower. Vacancy for 3 cars. It is a few meters from the beach. Housekeeper included for cleaning.

Excelente escolha

Nossa estadia foi ótima. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos. Oferece muitas comodidades e é tudo muito organizado. A cozinha, apesar de pequena, é muito bem equipada e oferece utensílios para diferentes preparos. Tem duas geladeiras e um frigobar que são perfeitos para uma estadia mais longa ou famílias grandes. O jardim é lindo e muito bem cuidado e tem um chuveirão maravilhoso. A casa é muito próxima da praia (50m). A anfitriã Marina e a Elenir são excelentes e muitos atenciosas em todas as demandas. Levamos nossos pets e eles também adoraram. Voltaremos com certeza. Obrigada Marina! operiodo da praia. O bairro é tranquilo.

Gostaria, a principio de elogiar a funcionaria Elenir, com relação a casa so tenho elogios, confortavel, arejada e espaçosa, mas nem tudo é perfeito pois lá faltou uma piscina (mas como a pressão da água da rua é excelente, uma boa ducha de mangueira ajudou e muito), as "crianças" adoraram a ducha depois de belo banho de mar, praia dos sonhos e muito tranquila, a noite com os vigias dava mais tranquilidade. Se tudo correr bem, voltarei.

Imóvel antigo mas muito bem conservado, tudo bem limpo. Tem uma area externa muito gostosa para quem gosta de natureza. Bem próximo a praia. Próximo a outras praias e ao centro de São Sebastião (20 minutos de carro). Tem supermercados próximos também (20 minutos tb). Marina (dona da casa) sempre responde com agilidade, deu dicas legais sobre restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Há na casa uma ajudante (Elenir), sempre muito educada e prestativa, que fica responsável pela organização basica da casa (a qual faz muito bem). Local ideal para famílias, vizinhança tranquila e ambiente seguro.

Casa Perfeita !!! Excelente local para relaxar com a familia e amigos

Estive na casa entre os dias 17 e 19/02/17. Foi uma das melhores casas que já aluguei. A proprietária Marina é uma pessoa muito educada, atenciosa e gente boa. Gostei muito da forma como conversamos sobre a locação e a atenção dada por ela. A Elenir, que nos recepcionou na chegada e acompanhou a saida, também é uma excelente pessoa e muito atenciosa. A casa é antiga mas está em ótimo estado de conservação. Muito confortável, tudo funcionando e bem pertinho da praia. Recomendo demais e já está na minha lista para futuras viagens. PS: a casa está igual as fotos. Sem surpresas :)
