Ficamos hospedados por 04 dias, Rogerio foi muito solícito no período da hospedagem. A casa é ótima, espaçosa e tem ar condicionado em todos os quartos, que funcionam muito bem. Fica por volta de 1km e 300 da praia de maresias, mas está em fácil acesso. Há 10 minutos da casa tem uma caída e cachoeira ótima.

a casa atendeu bem a meus familiares, a unica coisa que acredito que possa melhorar são as camas que achamos frageis, os colchoes ok , no mais a casa tem ar 4 ar condicionado todos funcionando bem, o que e um diferencial neste calor

Casa na Mata de Maresias

Casa térrea, bem arejada e iluminada, com boa planta. O proprietário foi extremamente atencioso em todo o processo, inclusive instalou o ar condicionado que faltava em um dos quartos, de forma a termos ar condicionado nos 3 quartos da casa na época da estadia. Houve questões relacionadas à manutenção e limpeza da casa, que apontamos diretamente para o proprietário. A principal desvantagem é a localização, a casa fica na Mata de Maresias, porém o percurso do centro de Maresias até a casa não é tão fácil, fica longe, passamos no meio de uma “comunidade” (descobrimos o lado B de Maresias), e na reta final envolve um trecho de 500-600m de estrada de terra em condições sofríveis (bem esburacada).
