The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with a severe fly infestation that persisted despite the use of insect spray. The floors and walls were dirty, and the shower water consistently overflowed, flooding the entire bathroom floor. Furthermore, the sewer was backing up through the bathroom sink, causing additional distress. The entire unit reeked of cigarette smoke, which was particularly surprising given that it was a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, my request for resolution was ignored, and none of the issues were addressed.

Avoid apartments in 1st and 2nd floors, they have no heating and temperature can drop to 11C, as was the case when I stayed. It was really unpleasant. They say it's not a hotel, which I understand 100%, but not having hand soap in the bathrooms and hairdryers is ridiculous. I don't think I'd stay here ever again, especially after seeing that the reception staff are not even given a portable heater to be comfortable in an area that the wind hits hard. The receptionists are all incredibly polite and helpful

Nice Without Basic Supplies

The apartments are quite nice, but they are not very clean, with a lot of hair on the floor left by previous guests. Some towels were also dirty. The apartment lacks basic supplies such as soap, salt, and pepper, and does not have a dish detergent or dish sponge.

A localização Ă© perfeita, o quarto Ă© perfeito. É muito silencioso. Muito aconchegante e confortĂĄvel. Álvaro e Lucas sĂŁo fenomenais. O Ășnico problema Ă© que enxoval tinha alguns furos e algumas manchas de sangue. Falta caprichar na limpeza do quarto. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. No primeiro dia, meu banheiro alagou, porque nĂŁo tinham tirado cabelos do ralo do box. Passei uma noite de transtorno. Mas os funcionĂĄrios resolveram. A administradora nĂŁo deu nem retorno sobre. Vale pelo aconchego e os funcionĂĄrios. Voltarei sempre.

Quarto estava com problema na porta, ficamos trancados pelo lado de fora com nossas coisas dentro, contatando o atendimento tivemos um retorno bem ruim, tendo que abrir a porta a força. ApĂłs trĂȘs horas tentando abrir, fomos trocados de apartamento e tivemos que espera mais uma hora para tirar nossas malas do apartamento trancado. O restante foi muito bom, o apartamento tava limpo e organizado, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

El piso del horror, never go!

Lamentable, patetico. Me dieron una habitaciĂłn que tenĂ­a el baño sucio, recientemente usado, y no sabĂ­an cĂłmo. La cantidad de restos humanos que habĂ­a por todos lados era una cosa nunca vista. Nunca pudieron explicar como a Lguien entro, teniendo en cuenta que era un piso 0 me fui. La respuesta fue que no lo iban ni podĂ­an resolver y que me tenĂ­a que arreglar yo. AdemĂĄs habia una “ventana” que no se podĂ­a cerrar ya que era de rajas y entraban mosquitos. El alojamiento del gorro. Nunca vayan. No adjunto fotos porque son desagradables.

Excelente localização, tamanho Ăłtimo para uma famĂ­lia de 4 pessoas. Muito prĂłximo a uma padaria, farmĂĄcia e lojinha de conveniĂȘncia Oxxo 24h. A duas quadras da Av. Paulista (metrĂŽ e atraçÔes) e a poucas do bairro Bixiga, com Ăłtimos restaurantes. Destaque para o domingo quando a Paulista Ă© fechada e palco de feiras, shows, comida de rua. Excelente!

Ambiente excelente. Espaço, conforto, localização muito bons! Faltou informação quanto Ă  polĂ­tica de acomodação da empresa que Ă© focada em estadias de longa permanĂȘncia. Tempo frio e falta de alguns acessĂłrios e falta desta informação prejudicou uma estadia mais curta. Em tempo de restrição de bagagem nas Cias AĂ©reas, Quem que leva um edredom na mala para uma estadia de 5 dias? se optarem por este imĂłvel levem, inclusive papel higiĂȘnico. De resto, Estrutura muito boa.
