Very clean room and attentive staff. Shout out to Juliana in the Front Desk who was fantastic. Excellent option for the price. If I would want to be super picky, the bathroom in room 206 needs a coat of painting, the sink drains a bit slowly, and the balcony door takes some effort to close completely shut. But those are minute details, the room was very clean and very comfortable. I’ll definitely come back.

Nice, quiet, & central area

When I arrived to Sao Paulo, I didn't know about the 8pm to 5am curfew & that only essential businesses were opened. I used Uber often to travel to various places during the day. I saved a lot of money on my Uber rides because the hotel was in the center of everywhere I wanted to go. I also used UberEats twice a day, everyday, during my six day stay. I received all of my food deliveries at my hotel. Most of my deliveries arrived within thirty minutes of ordering from various restaurants. My room was cleaned. My bed was comfortable. It was quiet day and night. The staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay.

More than I expected

We stayed at this hotel for one night only, but it was a great experience. The room was very comfortable for us and clean, the staff friendly, the food very good. It's a quiet hotel, with a fully renovated lobby, and in a good neighbourhood. We had dinner there, the pasta was really good and they gave us a free drink. One of the best caipirinhas I've had so far! We went to the pool area to check it out and it was nice, with a sauna and a gym too. The breakfast was good too.
