Stayed a week for business activities, generally the hotel is nice and the service is great, when I arrived to the hotel and went to relax after the long flight, there was alot of noise from above - the reception immediately changed my room, they also provided me with electrical converter which I was missing. The bar & restaurant in the lobby have great service and affordable prices. The fitness center is great - one of the reasons that I picked up this hotel The cons for me was that the hotel and room is a bit outdated and the location isnt great.
I am member of accorthotels. but in this hotels it doesnt matter if you are, have some problems with the bathroom, but the worst part is the restaurant, NO at the level of any hotel of 4 stars. i have to resend the food i asked for twice,. IN room services you order something but they send whatever they understood. in clonclution Food and Beverage department needs to improv NOW.
I really enjoyed this hotel other than they worked all night on a nearby room. Good aircon, the bathroom was great with a good shower and well supplied. My room was nicely cleaned and tidied each day. Food in the main restaurant was a little fancy for my taste but was very good. Breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were the only real weakness I saw, slow and no queuing system.
Very nice hotel and confortable but unfortunately the reception staff are not very professional. Room service is very slow. I also asked for my room to be made up and after 6 hours it still had not been done. For a 4 stars international hotel I find this unacceptable.
I checked in early and was initially given a room on the first floor with rooms facing the construction site and behind the elevator. I had the a/c on and was working, then the television, so I didn't notice the workmen outside or the elevator until the night and next morning. I asked to move and was accommodated. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning effective. Blackout curtains effective. Refrigerator worked. Coffee/tea making. Desk with OK light. Some corridor noise from rolling luggage. The two rooms had different chairs and floorplan. One was more functional and furniture better. Front desk staff were helpful. Bellmen were amazing. Business center staff helpful. We ate light breakfast at stand in lobby. Good fruit. Rest OK. Nightly music nice. Dinner in restaurant a disappointment. We ate in because we were tired and wanted a quick dinner. Although restaurant only 25-30% full, it took 2 full hours. We did not have appetizers, but did make the mistake of asking for one dessert, which added 30 minutes. While park is close, the walk to it is not pleasant.
#1 Hotel Staff. Every member of the hotel staff are not only professional, each one makes you feel like family, goes out of their way to do so. Front desk, extremely helpful when planning an extra something for a colleague The rooms are clean and very comfy beds in room coffee for your convenience. The Spa massages Amazing, facials mani pedi hair loved it all. Room Service is excellent. At Breakfast staff greets you by name( shame on me for not remembering her name.) and staff make you the perfect omelet. The Restaurant food is amazing waiters personable and helpful always making sure you are delighted with your meal. (which by the way is delicious) Bar staff takes pride in making the perfect drink. Even remembering your favorite. A special Thanks to Arthur, Rodrigo, and Rhavy who made our stay, not only memorable they always took the time to make you feel special, always helpful in recommending an appetizer or special drink. Thank you I would highly recommend this hotel to all. Thank you to All the Wonderful Staff Rita W
This is where all the Air France flight crew stay. The rooms are good, the restaurants good and all the services. The only negative its a long way from the financial district and the only way in is by taxi that takes a long time. Equally everything takes a long time to get to in Sao Paulo unless you fly by helicopter. I ended upstaying here regularly as the quality price far surpassed more central hotels lime the Radisson.
Besides the fact that the house and all its facilities really deserve the five stars it is the people working there that make it a fantastic stay. I emjoy a lot being here again. Nice rooms, a gym with bfand new equipment, the rich and tasty breakfast and in the evening the bar with tenders that love their job, just as all the others that eork there. Feels a bit like home.
Stayed for 5 nights. Check in without a problem. Room quite nice. High floor. Roomy and good comfort level. Block out blinds. Could not find my favourite pillow and ended up regretting not bringing my own. It was although not for lack of quality. Bathroom quite new. Shower great. Rainforest shower. No hand held. Basin area too small to have any toiletries on it. Breakfast very nice. Loved the bread and cheese breads. Had dinner at hotel and was great. Suggest you try Cerviche!
First thank you to madame Vitoria who knew how to take into account my upgrade. Bravo. Then the rooms (9 ° floor) are very comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is excellent, varied, and very good presentation
