I arrived to check-in for my fourth stay at this hotel for a week-long non-refundable stay that I'd prepaid on Accor's website. For the first time in my life, I'd booked the wrong dates - the actual booking I'd made was several weeks in the future. The hotel could have left me hung out to dry, and I could have lost all my money. Instead, they allowed me to stay on the dates I thought I had booked - which furthermore it turns out were way more expensive than the dates I'd actually booked, but they didn't charge me any extra. What an amazingly generous feat of customer service. Thanks to Carlos on the front desk and doubtless those others in management behind the scenes for facilitating this and accommodating my mistake. Service throughout is exceptional, actually. Every single person you meet is incredibly friendly and helpful. That's from the front desk to the bellhops to the maids to the breakfast staff to the bar staff and others I've forgotten, who all seemingly cannot do enough to help - I can't think of any interaction with any employee during the week that wasn't significantly above and beyond expectations. You know the rest. The rooms are immaculate, the toiletries are great, the beds are really comfy. The hotel is in a slightly awkward location, but these days Uber makes travel to and from it trivially easy. Breakfast is the best of the dozens of hotels I've stayed at in the city, though the noisy raucous American Airlines and Air France flight crews can get grating. All things considered though, if you can find it at a good price - which you often can - it's definitely worth a punt.

I stay at the Pullman quiet often due to work. I am very thankful for all the staff - this time in particular for Andrea! She was a sweet heart and made great recommendations to me as what to order for lunch at the hotel when I was not feeling well. Andrea, the watermelon juice saved me that day... and the food was delicious! If you decided to stay at the Pullman but sure to look for Andrea as she is amazing! ❤️

I had a pleasant one night stay in this Pullman hotel. It's located close to Parque Ibirapuera in the mega city São Paulo. Some shops and restaurants you can reach within walking distance. Due to to red eye flight I arrived in the morning and asked for an early check-in. I guess I had to wait for about 30 minutes or so as the attentive reception staff could manage to get a room ready, which I was very pleased of. The hotel was clean in every corner and room size was ok. I ordered breakfast via room service containing scrambled eggs, jam, honey, plain yoghurt, fresh fruits, coffee, watermelon juice and a generous bread basket. The food was ok except the scrambled eggs, which were tasteless! As an additional food I ordered pancakes, which they forgot to deliver and I had to call them once again and they supplied them promtly. As I was exhausted from travelling I had a good nap afterwards. As a welcome amenity they brought me some pastry in the room and I received a voucher for a complimentary drink in the bar, which I converted into a delicious caipirinha. I used the fitness center twice, which had a well stocked range of equipment.

I have been staying at the Pullman on and of for a few months now and it is an excellent choice! From the amazing staff which always greets you with a smile, to all the facilities! The rooms are spacious and well kept! It is a modern hotel with a home feeling! The gym is great and the breakfast is superb! Location is great with a lot of restaurants and markets! There is a bank across the street! Very convenient !

We stayed 12 days, the hotel decor is fabulous. Customer service is incredible. The Taste IT restaurant is truly excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast spread is excellent. They even do Gluten free bread! Nice facilites as well. Room service food also good. I liked the area, a lot to do and very central, lots of restaurants and bars... I felt safe, but I wouldn't walk alone as a woman at night...anywhere in Brazil. My only complaint was they put us in the 6th floor right next to a construction site. I couldn't open the curtains due to workers eyeballing me, and the noise started very early in the morning... that was incredibly frustrating. The toilet was very cracked, and that should not be the case for a 5 star hotel.

Anilton as the concierge and doorman was a pleasure. A warm smile, and so helpful. He is the face of the hotel as you arrive and as you leave, and is a great asset to the hotel. Nice bedroom with decent facilities and wifi performance. Expensive for drinks at the bar. But nice facilities and friendly staff at reception for check in and check out.

I spent three nights at Pullman Sao Paulo Ibirapuera during a business trip. The highlight was the staff -- attentive and warm without ever being overbearing. My room was spacious, impeccable and had a nice view. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable and black-out curtains helped me sleep in the day I could. The bar and restaurant in the lobby have a nice vibe. The fitness center is larger and better equipped than most hotel gyms. I had a late flight on my last day in Sao Paulo and was surprised when the hotel offered me a 4 p.m. late checkout. In look forward to being back.

This hotel isn't in the greatest or safest area. I was told not to go out alone even during the day. While the staff is very nice for the most part everything seems to get done on " Brazilian time!" The day we got in I had to wait for 2 hours to have pillows delivered after calling three times. Very annoying when you've been working all night and all you want to do is nap! The room isn't all that great. Firm mattress, cheap bedding, and I thought the room smelled like a public toilet, but that could be just me. I was also given a room on the construction side of the hotel so I had to change later when I could hear all kinds of noise. I also had room service. They said it was take 30 min but it took more like 40! And my burger wasn't even hot, and I couldn't even enjoy it. If you're in São Paulo for work I'd definitely choose a better hotel in a nicer area.

Ull. Great restaurant and especial dishes. Near the beatifull Ibiraquera Park. Clone to católica churchs, business área, general services. Excelent router to Congonhas airport and Paulista avenue. And near center área of SP.

I've spent a few nights here at the Pullman Ibirapuera for business. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean. Dinner in the hotel is excellent. There is a nice workout room that you can use for free. During the day, it has never had more than 4 people working out.
