Beautiful lobby. Hotel located in a very good neighborhood with a bar nearby. Great accommodations and breakfast. I certainly recommend this hotel. The only bad thing is that the parking was more expense than other parking on other hotels. So if you checking on Sunday and find a spot in front of the hotel, you can leave the car there, but you need to remove it before 7AM in the following day once the street parking is paid during the week and it is also expense (R$10,00 per hour)
the room was amazing, super nice, very clean and tidy , all the people working there at the hotel were caring, and akind , very ready to serve, and that for me is essential, the restaurant at the hotel , is very good and the spa , omg i love spas, the massage was very well applied .
The hotel is amazing and people are very nice. I need to go to São Paulo almost every week and with no doubt I prefer Prodigy Berrini. There you can find confortable, fair price and good food as a room service and even at Indian restaurant in the lobby.
The hotel is in a quiet area, with a beautiful garden in front, easy access to restaurant choices, close to shopping. Excellent service, with a special quality food service and diversity on the menu. Large and sunny apartments. Safe place. Pool option on the top floor.
For a regular business traveler, the hotel offers the bare basic amenities and services one would require, there is though one big drawback: Beside one employee at reception per shift, no employee speaks english. This turns even a simple room service order into an adventure as you will have no idea what (if anything) you will get. If I would be able to speak Portuguese, I would probably give this hotel three points instead of just 2. The hotel: The hotel is in a run-of-the-mill high-rise building with one outstanding feature which it’s the the atrium that spans all 22 floors and you reach the rooms via access balconies spanning the atrium. The downside of that architectural particularity is that the building acts as a sound funnel, transporting any noise from the lobby or the restaurants straight into all the rooms. The rooms: The rooms are spacious, yet basic in their setup for a four star hotel. The bathroom in my room is full of rust and mould in the grouting, so probably hasn’t been refurbished in quite some time. The doors facing the atrium and the access balconies are extremely thin and are not doing anything to keep sound out. On the contrary, as they are so cheap, they constantly rattle as the atrium also acts as a chimney and there is constant wind movement (Tip: Use the bold to lock the door, which will stop the rattling). Restaurants: The hotel has two restaurants with “okay” food but nothing exciting. The breakfast buffet is again basic with limited options (e.g. only scrambled eggs but no options of fried or boiled eggs).
Stayed here numerous times on business trips Very safe and nice area Hotel provides top service ranging from room / bathroom condition and ammenities to swimming pool and relaxing area. Dining is also available on site. You will not regret your stay. If your business or visit needs are a close walk to/fm this hotel, please do not hesitate and book as traffic in Sao Paulo is really a headache

great stay at prodigy! customer service from check in to check out is perfect! the Indian restaurant is a great option and the Hotel services (gym, pool, massage spa) are top quality! unfortunately the noise from Marginal Pinheiro road disturb me at night. such a good Hotel must have Windows prepared to this noise. I will come back , but will ask for rooms located at lower level and turn to the other side of marginal Pinheiros
Very confortable, nice staff, quiet, very clean . There are nice bars and restaurants nearby . Close to Malls. Nice breakfast. My room was very big and had a nice view. Panoramic elevator adds sofistication
I will begin with the only bad thing - the gym must be renovated ASAP. so for gym junkies it's not good. large Rooms, clean, good breakfast in Brazilian standards, wonderful staff and very good service, very good location in the business area (close to restaurants, few bars, mini markets and a mall). I just left after 24 days stay there and it was very comfortable and cosy.
