Apto bom com uma pequena cozinha com fogao eletrico. A Rua é cheia de bons restaurantes. No terreo do predio tem uma pequena conveniencia com bons precos e na quadra de cima um mercadinho c cx eletrônico. O metro fica a poucas quadras do local. Tem uma farmacia tb na quadra de cima.

Fiquei no apartamento 93. Muito boa a instalação. Mas vamos por partes: Cozinha: fogão 4 bocas, depurador, microondas, torneira com áqua quente (bem quente), pratos, panelas, enfim. Só senti falta de copos comuns. Só tinham taças. Sala: sofá cama confortável, mesa pra 3 lugares boa Suite: guarda roupa bom, cofre, cama de casal (que na verdade era a junção de 2 de solteiros, o que não se torna tão confortável, mas ok) Banheiro: secador, ducha ótima. Geral: Bom atendimento, ótima localização. Morava fácil nesse Flat.
