Less attentive & horrible wifi

Wifi was horrible in the beginning. I asked if they reset on the wifi one of the receptionist said yes. Later when I asked a different receptionist if they no he said … and showed me that his reset. When he did the wifi went well. But it was only like 6 hours later after check in

They lie to me, and didn't change me room, and have a lot of room available at the same price, at night i have cockroaches more than 5 down my bed, i show them to the lobby and they finally decide to change me room, because they see the bugs... The cleaning girl make noise each morning and laugh very loud all day , impossible to sleep or doing something in the morning, and they never say hello to costumers

Our stay was good, the room is clean, bed is comfortable and clean. Only concern that requires immediate attention is the electrical shower because you get electrocuted each time you try to turn it off, we ended up doing it with a towel. Neighborhood is safe, close to Liberdade .. but can get loud at night with cars and people creaming once a while. For the prize you cannot complain though

Bom custo/benefício

Fiquei hospedado no quarto nº 9. A acomodação atendeu todas as minhas expectativas. O atendimento dos funcionários e atencioso e cordial. A estrutura do hotel é simples mas as acomodações estavam em bom estado de conservação e limpeza. O quarto que fiquei era bastante espaçoso e o colchão confortável. Chuveiro elétrico mas com excelente aquecimento e fluxo. A região é um pouco movimentada e tem muito barulho de carro/moto. Mas é próximo a tudo e bem localizada. Pelo que fui informado, os aptos com preços mais em conta ficam voltados pra rua. O hotel não conta com elevador, apenas com escadas.

Estadia não fou boa nem ruim. Uma coisa séria a ser falado: o hotel tem que investir em colchões. Não é possível qualquer hotel hoje ter um colchão tão ruim como o do hotel, acho que não é um investimento caro. Outra crítica e não ter Wi-Fi funcionando. Hoje é essencial Wi-Fi em todos os lugares, principalmente pra quem vai a trabalho, que é o caso deste hotel. Elogio o atendimento, lugar muito tranquilo pelas condições, localização excelente, é o ponto forte da instalação. No maos agradeço!
