Nice but no Saunas as detailed

We checked other hotels in the area, but we chose this hotel specifically because of the 2 saunas. Upon checking in, we asked the front desk about them and were informed that they closed at 10:00PM. The next day, when we called to see if the saunas were open, we’re told they were under maintenance and would not be available during our stay. This was quite deceiving and disappointing. 👎

Tem muito a melhorar

Check-in rapido e agil, recepcionista muito educado e profissional. Valet demorado e uma falta de vontade tremenda em ajudar. Café da manhã talvez tenha sido minha pior experiência em hoteis, falta de alimentos e não tinha cadeira para crianca e bebe.

El personal fue muy atento y la ubicación del hotel es excelente. Sin embargo, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, especialmente en las alfombras de los pasillos y las habitaciones. Hay un olor fuerte a humedad y polvo tanto en los cuartos como en las áreas comunes, lo cual afecta la experiencia general de la estadía. Sería importante que mejoren en este aspecto.

This is a lovely property! In the very center of everything. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. They allowed an early check in after a horrid experience down the road of which are very grateful for the kindness. Great hot showers !

Ótima localização , muito perto da Paulista e perto de ótimos restaurantes. Quarto precisando de reforma. O ar condicionado só jogava o ar para baixo e mal podia regular pois o controle estava colado na parede. O chuveiro só saía água por um único buraco, deixando o banho bem difícil. Café da manhã bem servido.

Um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei, cheguei antes das 14 hs, dois rececionistas de atendimento péssimo, falaram que só as 14 hs o checkin, deixei as malas e as 14 hs retornei, porém não tinha quarto disponível, tive que esperar até 14:30 para poder fazer meu checkin dps de ter reclamado na recepção e mostrado o horário de entrada, pq o recepcionista havia falado que era a partir das 14 hs, e mostrei que o horário era às 14 hs. Não recomendo a ninguém, hotel antigo, e o café horrível. A única coisa que é boa é a localização, somente!
