The prime location of the hotel at affordable price made our trip so much enjoyable. We could walk around and find nice places to visit and get a taxi/uber whenever we wanted to go further. There are fancy restaurants and bars almost everywhere. Staff at the restaurant were always friendly and trying their best to enrich our experience even though we were always late for breakfast and they ended up cleaning the tables with us eating which was a bit rude. The room was conveniently cleaned when we were out
I decided to stay in this property because of its location. I got the right! In terms of service, quality of the apartment, maintenance and cleanliness it was simply awful. I won't stay here again. The potential is there but it's like the hotel group just gave up on the property themselves.
Near to a restaurants are, very good location for business. There is a shopping mall not so far, around 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car. The price is a little high, but the service is average. Quiet area for a good sleeping time.
This mercure hotel, it's in a privileged location if you are doing business in the south region of são paulo, the hotel it's simple and offers the basic. Front desk was efficient and friendly enough. The rooms need an urgent makeover, old and no identity , the outlets are still in 90's standard the bed seemed at least 10 year old. The hotel has a decent restaurant in the lobby, I did not had a chance to try their breakfast.
Yesterday i was at the hotel. I was checked in for 2 days for business in town. First i got checked in went ok due to i am a gold member of accor hotels. Then i went to the room it was smelling so badly of missing cleaning and old carpets. Things was so used all over missing paint. Marks on walls. all damaged doors at all rooms. Broken tails on floors . Then i wanted to have a cup of tea witch is a standard of the hotel in the room due to there is a small kitchen where there is tea bags. Then i was looking for a ketle to boil water. No ketle then i call the reception they came with a coffee machine. I asked how to use that. They didn't understood. Called reception again. Then they came and picked it up. Then they send a person with a small cup with hot water. And said that i needed to pay for that. In commercial they say free tea, but you have to pay for the water. I said no thanks. and went out to a restaurant instead nearby. Next morning i checked out a day before due to the hotel. I had to pay for the next day. I even explained the manager. Why i was checking out. At that time they also gave me a bill for the water i never received. I refused to pay for it. Due to i never got it. They cancel the payment for the water i didn't get. But this explain you ned to be very carefully with the payment at the hotel also. The managers attitude is i dont give care, i just wants your money. Only positive is the waiter in the breakfast resturent he was very friendly and did his best. When i needed my car that i gave and the checked in on my room number they could find the car next day. Finally the realised after asking me what car i have type numberplate where it was. So dont ever stay at this hotel. !!!! For info i have been living at hotels for the last 20 years 300days a year. so i have been at differnt hotels in my life but this is the worst of all.
Staff / Location As usual the hotel staff are always friendly and looking to solve the problem in a short time. The location of the hotel allows you to make trips using public transport and in general the place is very pleasant to stay even with the noise of the planes due to be airplane route.
Nice first impression of São Paulo, had a bi lingual clerk, checked in early room was very nice for a reasonable price offered breakfast as well. Upon checking out the held my luggage due to my night flight. No complaints
I have stayed in my fair share of crappy Brazilian hotel rooms... but this was pretty bad. The rooms are just OLD. They honestly need to start over from scratch. The bathroom shower is SMALL and it doesn't have anything more than the bare minimums. Our hair drier was broken, I had to order up another one. I needed extra towels, and they were quite stingy. A hotel this outdated does not belong in Moema. I will say though that the people running the front desk were very nice. It's to bad they work at such a crappy, old hotel. I feel bad for them.
The location of the hotel allows easy access to public transportation, shopping malls and also for those who enjoy walking take a walk around to Ibirapuera Park. And also you can go to the supermarket to shop, as well as some good restaurants
Reservation for 2 adults + 2 Chd, they don't have 2 rooms intercommunicated. I had to pay upgrade to a "superior" apartment with 2 rooms: old, poor decorated, beneath the academy (waked with the repetitive sound of the threadmill on my head). No wellcome or advantages for a Le club member. It is not a Mercure pattern hotel.
