O atendimento foi muito bom. No último dia, precisamos deixar o carro no hotel para além do horário, pois estávamos em um evento e pudemos fazer isso sem nenhum custo adicional, o que nos ajudou muito. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito bem cuidado.

Terrível! Fiquei hospedada 4 noites e em nenhum dia foi servido o café da manhã, sendo que foi dito que ele era servido das 7h até as 10h e a reserva foi paga para ter o café. Tive que ir para os meus compromissos de estômago vazio. Quando questionadas, as funcionárias só me diziam que "a mulher que faz o café ainda não tinha chegado" (não chegou nunca). Fizeram a limpeza do quarto somente em um dia e nem trocaram os lençóis. Só havia um refrigerador expositor sem nada dentro, conseguimos comprar duas garrafas de água de 500ml no primeiro dia, e nos outros não abasteceram, nos fazendo ter que comprar desde uma simples água em outras lojas. Algumas funcionárias foram queridas (principalmente a camareira), mas cada turno era uma diferente e muitas delas com a cara fechada. Não vale a pena!

Contratei diária com café da manha incluso, pela manha ao descer para o café fui informado que não haveria café pois as cozinheiras não foram trabalhar, mas isso é um problema do hotel não meu, ou seja, ficamos sem café. Além disso, o chuveiro a gás deixava a agua apenas morna e ar condicionado muito barulhento

Muito bom o quarto, amei as divisoes do banheiro, nao tem que ficar esperando um sair p outro entrar, a banheira funciona perfeitamente. A cama p quem gosta de cama mole tava ok, quem gosta de cama dura deixa a desejar! a unica bagunça foi com o estacionamento e com a informaçoes que funcionarios deixa passar em branco no check in, tinha muito carro e estacionaram de forma que nao tinha como tirar os carros, acordamos de madrugada p sair de viagem e perdemos 1h esperando a atendente achar os donos p desempedir a saida. Cafe da manha simples, porem otimo!

Adequado. Voltaria lá.

Tive que trocar de quarto por falha na TV e no Ar condicionado. Fui prontamente atendido por atendentes muito profissionais. Não gostei de ter apenas cuba no banheiro e sem outro tipo de apoio para objetos de higiene. O café é bem simples mas é bem feito. Pessoas muito simpáticas.
