Very convenient location, charmingly retro hotel decor and vibe -- everything about the lobby and room felt like 1979, but well-maintained and with WiFi. Breakfast was standard Brazilian hotel breakfast, that is, tasty, varied, and on par with a high-end US hotel breakfast. Staff were courteous and competent.

The location is great, and that's the main reason I would consider coming back. However, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. During breakfast, there were almost no staff around, which felt strange and a bit unsettling. Most of the staff did not speak English, making communication difficult. In addition, the room was always very cold and uncomfortable. If I return in the future, it would only be because of the excellent location.

The hotel was old, haven’t been updated in a while. The bathroom doors didn’t work/close all the way, the shower needs to be changed, water licking from the shower into the bathroom floor. The breakfast food was just okay. I would rather stay somewhere else next time

Já fiquei outras vezes neste hotel e gosto muito dele. Dessa vez tive um problema com a limpeza do banheiro. No primeiro dia ao entrar no quarto fui usar o banheiro e o vaso estava muito sujo e com cheiro péssimo. Solicitei a limpeza e a equipe foi muito rápida e prestativa. Fora esse imprevisto não tenho o que reclamar. Café da manhã muito bom, localização ótima e equipe sempre educada e prestativa. Mesmo com esse contra tempo, não deixarei de me hospedar novamente.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Quartos amplos e limpos. O prédio é mais antigo, mas os banheiros foram reformados e o quartos são bem amplos. A cama é confortável, mas poderia ser renovada. Café da manhã muito bom e com uma boa variedade. A localização também é muito boa com bastante comercio e restaurantes em volta. Acho um ótimo custo benefício.

Staff was ok, but the room's conditions, especially the internet, was very bad... I stayed in room at the first floor, close to the street and very nosy. The bathroom had a lot of leaks, but the worst, was the internet, wich is very precious in a business journey. A equipe do hotel é boa, mas as condições do quarto, especialmente da internet, eram muito ruins. Fiquei em um quarto no primeiro andat, próximo à rua e muito barulhento. O banheiro tinha uma série de vazamentos, mas o pior, foi a internet, algo muito precioso para quem viaja a serviço.
