Elegance nunca mais

Inacreditável o "Elegance" ser chamado de hotel. Barulhento, com uma quantidade absurda de insetos no quarto, chuveiro drena a água praticamente para a parede, roupa de cama velha, rasgada, sem toalha de rosto, sem um tapete antiderrapante no box. A entrada do hotel aparece um botequim . As recepcionistas são as próprias faxineiras e arrumadeiras. Interfone sem funcionar.Enfim uma tragédia

GENTE.. o hotel e limpinho.. bem simples mesmo.. mas se tratando do preco e compreensível... mas o cafe da manhã.. nossa nao e bom... pao de sal ..margarina.. cafe com acucar e suco tipo vilma .. com muita acucar e um bolo simples.. mais nada .. isso nao foi bom... mas no mais .. deve ser pelo preco.

Reservei de acordo com a avaliação que constava, pela localização e pelo preço. Como estávamos viajando eu e mais dois amigos, não importei. Porém não serve pra eu ficar com minha esposa e filhos. Hotel bem simples, quartos bem simples, banheiro tão simples que um dos amigos é mais gordinho e custou a entrar no boxe pra tomar banho. Café da manha muito simples tambem e as atendentes sem nenhuma cordialidade. Parece que estavam fazendo um grande favor pra nos. Ficamos porque era sair de manha e voltar só pra dormir.

Local sujo, lençóis sujos, cheiro de mofo e de cigarro. O hospede desistiu de passar a noite no hotel, teve que sair procurando outro local por volta de meia noite.

DECEPÇÃO!

Fiquei surpresa negativamente pelas condições do hotel em relação ao preço da diária, muito caro com condições ruins, café da manhã extremamente precário (pão, manteiga, geléia, café, leite, chocolate em pó, queijo,presunto e suco de laranja artificial, MAIS NADA!!!), quarto sem frigo bar, cobertor do tipo que se doa nas campanhas do agasalho, toalhas bem usadas, sem TV a cabo, só TV aberta, chuveiro elétrico, não tem serviço de despertar, fiquei num quarto próximo à portaria e a noite toda ouvi ligações e conversas dos funcionários, nossa que decepção, paguei R$ 150 reais a diária pra ficar numa pensão. Quando deixei a chave para sair, eles guardam todas as chaves juntas numa sacola plástica. A única coisa que gostei foi do travesseiro que por ser bem simples e baixo resolveu o meu problema na coluna cervical.

Gostei do hotel, pequeno mas limpo. Não gostei das toalhas tem um cheiro de mau enxuta , lençóis cheirosos ! Reclamação somente das Toalhas fedorentas .
