Quarto limpo, no entanto o colchão estava todo deformado, não condizente com o resto do quarto. O contato pelo Whatsapp também é demorado e não resolvem os problemas. O sistema de abertura das portas pela imagem também não funciona. Quarto extremamente barulhento. Não fizeram o isolamento acústico necessário. A única vantagem é a localização perto da estação de metrô.
