The apartment are perfect for a short stay, and it is very well located. The problem was the communication channel with Charlie is not very helpful. We had Wi-Fi problems, they can couldn’t fix, we asked to an early check-in an no support on this side too. They always recommend us to talk with the front desk of the building. But since is a residential building, they couldn’t help much too. The stay only compensates because of the location and the price.

Communication was impossible with owner; no telephone number or person to talk to. Security guard had no idea about our stay. Early check-in absolutely not allowed. No place to store luggage. Hair dryer had European plug in so not able to use. No extra sheet or blanket; two towels for three adult guests - refused to provide any extra. It was the worst stay we have had! Absolutely do not recommend.

Recepção nada amiga , tempo de espera pra obter informações para check in on line muito longo , não existe check in na portaria do prédio somente on line , logo vc fica do lado externo na rua , exposto ao tempo e a sua sorte. Cortina sem black out , passa toda claridade da rua . Banheiro imundo , cheio de nojo e lodo nos azulejos . Localização incrível porém higiene deixando muito a desejar .

O flat e funcional e bom para um casal. Equipado e tudo limpinho e organizado. Nosso período foi pequeno, mas achamos o quarto pequeno para o tamanho da cama e as cortinas sem cortes apropriados para vedar a claridade totalmente. A comunicação é top!
