The Blue Tree Premium Faria Lima is a perfectly adequate, average, clean hotel, fine for a short stay. The room was a reasonable size, a little functional perhaps with small windows and no carpet. Nice comfortable bed and good sized desk to work at. The one grumble is food and drink on display to try and get you to by stuff - it's a bedroom not a shop. Nice ground floor, with a coffee bar and lots of seating for meeting people. Pretty good breakfast and a great gym on the 26th floor with great views. Also a helipad!
I got mixed feelings about this place. My first impression was nice, it seemed a bit old but it was clean enough. However a few days later my toilet stopped working. It was flushing by itself all night and I tried calling the front office but the phone wasn't working either. I just slept through it as it was in the middle of the night. The next morning I told the front office on my way out and they said they'll have it fixed. When I got back, it wasn't flushing, but now I couldn't flush the toilet. I had to go back downstairs, and they fixed it. BUT then it started leaking a little. I just decided to leave it the way it is as it was my last night. Oh, and also I couldn't open the room door because the battery was dead. So yeah, my overall experience was pretty bad.
I have stayed her a dozen times as it is closest to work but I am not likely to select it next time. The hotel needs work. Elevator key cards not always read correctly. I always seem to time with the Bradesco group in house and have delays in getting an elevator. System was down on Monday and my colleagues were assigned occupied rooms and them moved. I wound up on Sunday in 1701, a nice size room, but safe deposit box not working and I reported it and still not working. Gym annoyed me. Treadmills are old and small and do not incline. Nothing to clean them so you touch people's sweat as it is busy up there. Pretty views of the city, but upgrade the machine and add some maintenance as half do not work right. I would stay at another hotel to get a better gym next time. No free bottles of water in room and my company does not reimburse for mini bar so I will pay out of pocket for my drinking water while most hotels give you 1-2 bottles for free. Nice staff, nice free breakfast Just some upgrading and attention would go so far.
This is a very average hotel. It was clean but its a bit tired and needs an update. The staff is generally helpful, particularly the gentlemen at the door. everyone else is just there. Not overly friendly but certainly not rude either. The bar is very small and not open late; although there is lots of seating. The rooms are very comfortable. I would have posted pictures but they would have been just like all the others already posted. Breakfast was good with lots of options The location is good, short drives to a lot of restaurants. The check-in/out process is a bit time consuming. So be prepared to wait in line. Its not fast.
This hotel has a great central location with easy access to the new financial district, but the property itself is pretty beat up (witness the bathroom pictures). The Blue Tree’s best feature is the rooftop gym and the balcony that surrounds it with panoramic views - but even there, the treadmills are pointed at an interior wall... Staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet is pretty good - especially the fresh mango which was unbelievable. The lobby bar is a sad little affair, but at least you can grab a night cap. Service was friendly; no major issues - there is just no way this is a four star property. Eating tip - there is an Eataly (from the Mario Batali empire pre-harassment) 200 meters away with fantastic dining options!
Quite a nice hotel located in a good area of São Paulo. The room I had provided great views of the city. The gym which is on top of the building has amazing views of São Paulo, there is also an outdoor pool. Full breakfast each morning served downstairs is nice.
Had a nice 3 night stay here as we visited São Paulo for a family wedding. Staff was very accommodating but few were able to speak any English which surprised our party of 6 since the hotel is billed as a business hotel. Rooms were small but very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and had a wide variety of items from which to choose. Once weird issue is that the elevators “malfunctioned” at least 3 times as we rode them during our visit (once we ended up in a dark basement and had to climb 2 stories to get to the lobby!!!). The roof area with small pool is lovely but street noise and helicopter landings on the rooftop occasionally were disconcerting. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.
Really friendly place! Breakfast was good. The receptionists always had tips for great restaurants and they were always so kind. The only problem is that the pool was not working... but that’s okay. It’s a good place to stay at Faria Lima
The location is excellent, good environment , comfortable bed, clean , facilities are also good . Staff always willing to help. Parking lot is packed and vallet service is too slow , very annoying... Swimming pool could be bigger. Breakfast could be better as well. Expected more fruits and fresh omellets
Good hotel in a nice area of Sao Paulo. Big and clean bedrooms. Really good for business trips: easy to reach and close to many international companies, located in the same area of Sao Paulo. Extremely polite staff. Great 360-degrees view from the top floor, where you can find also a small swimming pool, sauna and gym. Really good breakfast.
