In the corner of Faria Lima and JK avenues, this hotel is very well located to get to marginal pinheiros. Spacious and comfortable rooms, not noisy considering the busy avenues in front. Good internet and breakfast, very helpful staff. Close to many god restaurants. Spent 10 days and was a very pleasant stay.
Nothing good, nothing bad to say about the place. Location in Itaim is great, close to main streets, with easy access and sorrounded by restaurants, offices, etc. Rooms are ok, but I believe they need some renovation. You can see it in the bathroom, as well as in the gym, where all the equipment is old and poorly maintained. Breakfast is acceptable as well, but the place is rather crowded and not too comfortable. Service seems to be friendly and efficient. Check-in was rather fast and simple.
Convenient hotel in Faria Lima! Going here for many years. Has a small, but efficient gym (could use new treadmills)! Buffet breakfast, could use cappuccino machine like they had in the past. Service is good, executive room 24 or 25 floors very quiet, as much you could be with traffic in São Paulo. Walking distance to JK Iguatemi shopping mall!
We arrived at 7am, our room was available but the front desk would not let us early check in and we had to wait for 5 hours in the lobby until they agreed to let us check in They told us that if we wanna check in early we have to pay extra half the price of the night - this is outrageous!!!! I've been to hundreds of hotels but I've never experienced such behavior to a guest The room is ready and available, let us check in!! A very normal thing that every hotel allows .... Last time we'll be coming here Not recommend at all !!!
We got in at 7am and wondered if we can early check in, we were told that our rooms are available but if we wanna check in now we need to pay the price of half a night!!!! I've never seen this in my life Charge half rate for an early check in ???? This is just so wrong and not the way to treat your clients When we said this is stupid, we were told that if we will wait till 10am (3 hours) the manager will be here and maybe he'll let us check in early with no charge .... also such a wrong statement, so now they expect us to wait 3 hours in the lobby .... Any way I think my point is clear, I've never got this behavior from any hotel in the world .... Bad service and bad client relationship management
Stayed at the Blue Tree Faria Lima for a night. Very good choice, close to the Iguatemi Shopping and business area. Good room, a bit small but very clean and complete. Small bathroom but enough for the needs of a business traveler. Breakfast (included in our rate) was rich and fresh. Restaurant a bit crowded but you can cope with it. Recommended in São Paulo.
I stayed in the hotel between 19 and 22.03.2017, room 1201. Good localization for business. The size of the room is good and it is very clear and clean. The quality of shower is good and also the quality of sleep. Breakfast good with enough diversity of food. Wifi works very well. I had one lunch in the restaurant but there are more options around the hotel where the taste is better. Staff ok.
very good value for the money. best suited for the business traveler. English speaking staff. breakfast has enough variety to fill everyone's good service, nice breakfast, nice area, good amenities...
We spent a night while waiting for a connecting flight the following morning. The hotel is neat. The installation and breakfast very good. The area has nice bars amd restaurants. Much better than staying in Guarulhos if you have enough connecting time.
It is supposed to be a business hotel but the quality of the room is very poor, the furniture are so used that you don’t want to sit on the chair or other…. The shower are in plastic and the plastic is yellow, same for all plastic furniture. It is like when you leave plastic outside in the sun and the white become yellow. The personnel hardly speak English or any other languages maybe apart from the front desk who are trying their best to help you. And overcome the rudeness of the pseudo security guy in the lobby which I have experienced just because I was sitting on the stairs instead of the chair while I was in conference phone call. I am convinced that his problem was that I am a foreigner but anyway it is one of the unpleasant experiences that I have faced in this place. The breakfast always have same offer and again very average in terms of choice and if you have to stay like me for two weeks for business you are feeling quickly sick of it. The restaurant food is not better and again far from a 3 start hotel like it should be. I have tested the room service several times which has about the same choice. Again quite disgusting but I must thank the waiter who was very nice and polite… I have tested twice the bar with same menu club sandwich and coke. Both time the club sandwich arrived under different form or bread… with French fries or not…. Do not ask me how it should look like because I have no clue. Don not take coffee there it is so far my worse experience in Brazil for coffee, it is good anywhere else and when eating outside it is usually excellent. The fitness is very average, some machine are recent and other from the Second World War. The swimming pool is just ridiculous and it is not a swimming pool but more a big bath where you cannot swing or even move in it. The sauna has space for one person and it’s never on so if you want to use….be very patient until it gets decently hot. Forget about sun bathing as you have helicopter and planes passing every 5 minutes above you.(the hotel is just below the landing channel for plane… I think if you concentrate enough you can see the pilot when he passing above you. Say hello maybe he will be your next pilot.) It is actually a very important point the hotel is just near a big avenue, bars and night clubs. Forget about quiet night or day. The inside air conditioning system make as much noise as the external noise so you have to choice between sleeping and sweeting or not sleeping and not sweeting. The place is very very very noisy. I am sleeping with hear plugs every night. I have to stay here 2 weeks and I am actually still in the hotel. I just cannot wait to go away from this place because my impression of Sao Paulo is very positive as well as the Brazilian people. It seems that the management of this hotel has specially stopped to invest in this place or just took wrong decision. They pretend to be a business hotel and have selected incompetent and impolite staff. So if you cumulate a very "tired" decoration and furniture, unattractive restaurant, bar, fitness and pool and if you have the choice (not like me) to go somewhere else then trust me just select another place... I cannot think to bring my family here. It is not and hotel for honeymoon or family, really not. I have to come back in December and I will do all I can to go somewhere else but it is my company choosing and my company is right on front of the hotel. (It will be my punishment)
