Quartos sao velhos, ar condicionado mto barulhento. Tivemos que mudar de quarto devido ao barulho do ar condicionado. Cofre antigo, com chaves ou cartao (obsoleto) Cafe da manha deixou a desejar, mta pouca opcao. Cama pessima e pequena. Realmente nao gostei e nao recomendo.

Good place in central Sao Bernardo

The hotel room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. I believe renovations are underway. The price was very reasonable and the location is very centrally located in Sao Bernardo. Just a couple blocks away from a lot of excellent shopping and on Saturday the street market is just a couple blocks away. I would stay here again.

Good Hotel for the Price!

The stay was okay. Strongly recommended if bringing more than one people confirm the prices since we were charged more upon arrival. Check out as well charge half of the price if you pass the Time.

Bom, porém…

O hotel é bom, bem localizado, limpo, porém houveram algumas situações que me chamaram atenção. A primeira foi que havia reservado 2 quartos pelo hotéis.com e ao chegar lá só havia uma reserva no sistema deles. Mostrei o aplicativo e o funcionário do dia 31/02/25 do período das 18h disse que resolveria e estava tudo certo para que assim que minha família chegasse esse quarto estaria ok. Minha família acabou chegando no dia seguinte 01/02 onde um atendente do hotel não conseguiu nos atender da mesma maneira. Colocou em andar diferente, cobrou meia diária a mais e disse que era seu primeiro dia, mas totalmente sem educação. Enfim… o hotel não deveria pagar por maus funcionários. Outro ponto foi os elevadores que claramente estão com problemas, fechando a porta em cima da gente e fazendo muitos barulhos qdo está em movimento( assustador eu diria). Mas é um bom hotel para se hospedar, bem espaçoso os quartos, acomodando bem uma família.

Recomendo com algumas ressalvas.

Pelas avaliações que li antes de reservar fiquei com receio de me hospedar todavia, considerando o custo/benefício, devo admitir que foi muito satisfatória a hospedagem de 4 dias. À começar pelos educados e cuidadosos manobristas, passando pela recepção (especialmente o Rafael) extremamente gentil e atencioso. Embora apenas 1 elevador estava funcionando, não prejudicou a estadia, mesmo estando em andar mais alto. O apto (1133) era muito espaçoso, bem ventilado, iluminação natural excelente. Sobra espaço para um casal e possui um closet bem amplo, porém como esperado, precisa de reforma do banheiro, tbm precisa ar condicionado split, e um ponto crítico é o precário, pra não dizer nulo, sinal de internet e um plano de TV a cabo melhor. Recomendo aos hóspedes que nunca abram o baú da cabeceira da cama, um odor péssimo de algum tipo de inseticida devem ter colocado lá !! Em razão disso nem abri as muitas portas de armários que existem neste apto. Um detalhe que incomoda bastante, pela posição solar, falta cortinas com black out eficiente, às 5 da manhã nesta época de janeiro o sol clareia demais e esquenta o quarto. Quanto ao café, incluído na diária, é simples mas não há do que reclamar. Espero que esta avaliação contribua com os investidores do hotel e futuros hóspedes.

Infelizmente não tivemos boas recordações

O hotel é bem antigo, apesar do ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, encontramos barata morta no banheiro, um cheiro muito forte em todo andar e para ajudar teve queda de energia que se estendeu até meu check-out. Infelizmente não conseguimos nem tomar um banho quente para seguir viagem. Só ressalto que o atendimento desde os manobristas ate a recepção do hotel são ótimos.
