Fizemos o check in por volta das 10:00 hs, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Fagner, deixamos nossas malas no maleiro e saímos. Às 12:00hs nos apresentamos na recepção para retirarmos a chave do quarto e fomos atendidos por outro recepcionista que nos informou que o quarto não estava pronto. Manifestei que achava aquilo um absurdo, pois é claro que às 12:00 hs o quarto deveria estar à nossa disposição, pois fizemos o check in e a ficha antes, já estava pago e nos apresentamos no horário. Mas não adiantou nada, pois só nos disponibilizaram o quarto após 12:30 hs.

Atendimento ruim e limpeza deixou a desejar

Por estarmos com um bebê, solicitamos na reserva a preferência por quartos do fundo - e, se possível, andar alto também. Mesmo reiterando isso no checkin, nos colocaram no primeiro andar, ala da frente, na porta do elevador!! Rapaz da recepção não prestou um bom atendimento, não se esforçou para atender as demandas. No quarto, outra decepção: cabelos, chão sujo - inclusive com resquícios de algum líquido derrubado pelo hóspede anterior.

Péssimo ,funcionários estressados e mau educados ,45 mnts em uma fila para fazer chekim. Quarto adaptado um verdeiro show de horror ,o hotel e sujo ,as roupas de cama são velhas e rasgadas e o cobertor q está disponível para o hóspede usar nem um mendigo na rua anda com um enrola cachorro como aquele . Esse tipo de hospedagem não deveria nunca levar o nome de uma franquia tão respeitosa como o ibis.quando vc se hospeda em uma rede dessa vc vai por q a qualidade não muda em lugar nenhum ,porém não e o q acontece nessa unidade .estou extremamente decepcionado com esse lugar .
