The hotel is ok to stay although the bathrooms were dirty, the bed was worn and uncomfortable, noisy elevators, poor food selection, very expensive and overpriced food and beverages and some rude employees. Unfortunately won’t return.

Amazing Hotel!!

Hotel muito bom! Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Grande variedade no café da manhã, inclusive uma estação para omeletes, misto, ovos e tapiocas feitos na hora. Jantar vale muito a pena também, sempre com variação na comida e muita opção. Piscinas quentes e com música. Monitores para crianças também foi um grande diferencial. Serviço de manobrista muito bom e rápido. O único ponto ruim no hotel foi os elevadores, apenas 2 para o hotel inteiro, felizmente não tive muito problema pois não estava “cheio” mas sempre me imaginava na alta temporada.

O hotel é bom, o quarto é bem limpo, área de lazer excelente. Porém, tem apenas 2 elevadores pequenos para o hotel inteiro, e lota bem rapido. Estava no 10o andar e acabei tendo que subir e descer de escada várias vezes. Pra quem está com crianças ou muita bagagem, não recomendo. Se estiver sozinho ou em casal, é bom estar em forma, porque a subida é cruel.

Nao gostei do hotel e nao voltarei. Pontos negativos: superlotação. Hotel possui somente 2 elevadores que nao dao conta dos hóspedes. Filas enormes no cafe da manhã. Peca um pouco na limpeza. Mal dimensionado

Gostei bastante do apartamento. Mas o hotel em geral achei mal dimensionado. Os elevadores não chegam nem perto de atender a demanda, o restaurante é lotado e com poucos funcionários, então as mesas ficam eternamente grudentas. Fora que o uso exagerado de materiais descartáveis vai contra tudo que é preconizado atualmente. A comida é sem gosto e não vale o valor cobrado, mas dá pra relevar. A área de piscinas e jogos é bem pequena, fica meio muvucado, mas estava bem conservada.

Experiência muito ruim. Muita fila no café da manhã. Faltavam muitos itens, com um salame., pão francês menor e melhor, a aparência do pão não era convidativa. Jantar , na primeira noite não tinha opção de carne, pedi um bife e negaram porque a cozinha estava sobrecarregava, sendo que de noite o jantar era vazio e tranquilo. O parque hot Beach sem condições eram tantas boias na sexta feira no rio que não tivemos mais ânimo de voltar nem no sábado nem no domingo, porque no hotel no sábado eram muitas pessoas chegando , então ficaria mais lotado ainda. Final das contas ficamos em um hotel da rede pagando muito mais caro e tudo que poderia oferecer não usamos. Poderia ter ficado em um hotel mais barato e não teríamos passado perrengue
